Used our Home Warranty to schedule an appointment for a drain stoppage. The Home Warranty had him as one of their contracts I guess. I called the H.W on a Saturday.
I then received an email asking for my availability, which I filled out accordingly.
Long story short. Never received a call from J and E Plumbing, in which I decided to call on Sunday to see if we could schedule something for the week.
The guy answers the phone, and rudely tells me that he doesn't work on Sundays. I tell him ok, and we hang up. The following day in Monday he cancels my appointment after waiting 2 days and now would have contact someone else and wait another two or three days to schedule an appointment .
Not very professional in his part. If he didn't want the job to begin with, shouldn't have accepted the job.
