The tech Shea Green did an awesome job. He stayed until the job was completed and I didn’t have to clean anything up after he left ( which always happens with contractors) and he answered all of my questions. Excellent job! I will give them more business in the future.

I recently had Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Charlotte in to upgrade my aging water heater to a new tankless system. The work was performed flawlessly. The technician (Laszlo) was great. We had some additional fixes taken care of as well. A new toilet, a new hose spigot, and a new pressure valve. All done with the same level of quality. David Z at the command center expertly coordinated all of this. Excellent .

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

The house I just purchased had polybutylene pipes in them. John came out and was very informative and gave me all of my options in an easy to understand way. He also pointed out some things that were not in my inspection report but were not to code with my water heater and pressure valve. Luckily I was still under contract and they worked with me so that I could work with the sellers to have them pay for the repairs. I hired them to repipe the entire house and fix everything that wasn't to code. They were able to start work right away and got everything completed in only TWO days!! They worked hard so I didn't have to be without water on either day and on the third day they had the inspector come out and passed first go around. We got quotes from 2 other plumbers and they werent necessarily the cheapest or most expensive but they were the best value for the quality and knowledge they provided.

Edwin was excellent. He came out on a Sunday night and helped unclog my parent’s toilet. This was especially appreciated since they only have one bathroom. He was knowledgeable, kind and went the extra mile to help them. We will definitely use this company again.

I'm apart of the duke energy warranty programs I had been having problem with my A.C off and on ....so Duke has sent them out to repair it. They turn back in a report to Duke energy that a c unit is 20 year old need to be replace. I have another problem so I called my local independent a.c guy. he come to the house. And tell me nothing wrong with my ac until. It's my thermostat inside the house.. And said he would not ever replace the A.C I have. It big commercial style unit .He said it would cost me 10k and the new units are not made with the same quality. They don't make the quality of the current unit you have any longer. There absolutely nothing wrong with your unit. So this company was try to get me to buy a new unit because of faulty thermostat. He told me when you have someone untrained and they can't figure it out there fall back is to replace your whole unit... Beware of there untrained A C tech. May sure you get a 2nd opinion when using this company. I have not had one problem the rest of the summer after replacing the thermostat inside the house..

Progressive would not honor an active warranty that we have on a HVAC system that they installed. Instead of assisting with a simple repair, they used bait-and-switch tactics to try to sell us an entirely new HVAC unit. They even went so far as to tell us that: (1) our warranty was not valid, (2) upon recognizing the valid warranty, they quoted a repair at 400% the normal repair cost. Sadly, I had previously recommended this company to friends and neighbors in the past, Now I am forced to tell numerous people to avoid using this company.

Exceptional quality, definitely recommend! My garbage disposal was clogged and the toilet valve was leaking when I called at 10:30 in the morning. Around noon, Manny arrived. By 12:30 he had completed everything. His work was excellent, and he completed it quickly and thoroughly. He was the epitome of competence and politeness in his field. Their contact information is now saved in my phone as my go-to plumbing resource. Dustin, you and the company have my eternal gratitude.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

James, Larry and Dustin showed up immediately and got to work when we had a basement plumbing issue. They diagnosed the problem, explained options and got to work quickly until resolved. We are already glad we signed up for Morris-Jenkins priority service. It’s a better alternative than a whole household maintenance warranty that takes a long time to go from start to finish on repairs because you will always get fast, high-quality repairs done right the first time from MJ’s pros!

I had an active leak in a pipe in my crawlspace and was referred to MD Plumbing by my father. Everyone has a lead time these days yet Jaqi was able to work me in immediately. Curtis arrived quickly and took care of the problem in no time. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I was prepared to pay a premium for same day service but they treated it as a normal service call and their pricing was more than fair. Great customer service is a lost art these days yet I can say from experience that MD Plumbing excels in this category.

Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.
Unprofessional. Were not able to help. Would be great at least being nice to people.

Accent Comfort Services was quick to respond to a service claim (w/ my home warranty). When they came out, they fixed the problem they could see. The AC is currently running more often and consistently--it wasn't before they came out. It is an older unit. We may need to reach out again in the future. I would use them again.
