It cost me $1300 for 1.5 hours of work. These companies are ripping off the people. I reccomend finding independent plumbers.

My A/C went out, late in the afternoon of 9/1/20. I called Michael & Son, and I was able to get an appointment the next morning. Mason arrived around 9am on 9/2/20. He was masked, booted and ready to go to work! He assessed the problem, came up with a solution and a few hours later, the problem was solved. I want to say thank you to Mason, for his professionalism and getting the job done right, the first time!

In a day and age it seems you can't get anyone to come out or if they do they want it to be a BIG job it is GREAT to have someone to be there for you and your problem! No matter the size. They came out the same day and the Riley was extremely professional and explained what was going on. He gave me options. There was ZERO pressure to do it one way or the other. It's easier than I thought getting electrical work done with COVID and the semiconductor shortage. Anyway, Bates was excellent. The electrician knew his stuff and did not mess anything up. He got everything done a lot faster than I expected for a project as big as the one I had. I’d hire them again for another project.

Of course our A/C started to have problems on holiday weekend- 90 degrees on July 4. We submitted a request in the morning (unit was less than 2yrs old) and got a call they had a few ppl in front of us but would be out by 1pm. They called before they came, Wayne showed up and was professional and pleasant. Quickly figured out the issue and replaced our capacitor and had us up and running in 20 min. Great service!

Paid $149 for a tune up in which the tech did nothing but remove the panel and tell me there was mold everythwere and that i need to replace the unit. Had a second opinion today, in which the tech told me that there was no mold and it was just dirt. Said system was running fine. Don't waste your money with Acosta's Tune up, they don't do anything but try to sell you a new unit.

I used Arc for the renovation of a restaurant. They were nice guys but the lack of responsiveness and not showing up for work deserves even less than 1 star. I have built a lot of commercial properties, both remodeling and new construction and so I know how things are normally delayed and people are just doing their best to get things done with a certain amount of delay being normal. Arc had zero regard for timelines or for keeping to their word or about even responding. Afterwards we even found a few things they said they did and charged for but actually didn't and i had to pay another company to come out and fix it. The GC I used said that he had worked with Arc in the past but never seem them do such a bad job. This company was absolutely horrible, would never use them again.
