Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I have used Travis Crawford twice now. Once to replace my AC and recently when my water heater started leaking I check their site and they had added plumbing service now. Having had such a good AC experience, I made an appointment to have them replace my water heater. They did a quick job and it looks and works fantastic! I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Over the Fourth of July holiday, my in-laws' basement flooded due to a broken pipe. We called Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning to see if they could fix it for us because we had to get it fixed. We anticipated some delay given that it was the final day of a three-day holiday weekend. Tony, the emergency plumber, called us back in less than 10 minutes to set up a time to come take a look. Tony showed up sooner than expected, evaluated the situation, and provided recommendations. Due to the urgency of the issue, we opted for the quickest and cheapest option. We were relieved that we contacted Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning since, within two hours, Tony had addressed the issue and given us advice on how to prevent similar ones in the future. To anyone in need of a plumber, we heartily endorse Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning. Once again, we appreciate Tony's prompt and expert reaction to and resolution of our issue.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Morris-Jenkins made some alterations to my bathroom to make it safe for a very elderly relative. They provided excellent consultation on the design and installation. Their courtesy, professionalism, knowledge, quality of work and cooperativeness were among the best I have seen in a contractor. When unexpected problems developed on the project, Morris-Jenkins was quick to offer fair compensation. I have hired contractors for private and rental properties for decades, and I would hire and recommend this company any time in the future, without reservation.

Our main breaker went out on a Wednesday evening when we were leaving the next morning for a trip. We called Roby and Joey was at our home within 20 min. He told us it was going to be a part that had to be ordered and he would let us know first thing in the morning. Joey let us know the next morning that they were trying to locate the part because it was an old out of date part. Brittney contacted us and they found the part had it overnighted and Joey was out the next morning and had everything fixed with our power back on. They were so great with EVERYTHING from keeping us updated on the whole process to letting us know when the problem had been fixed to also scheduling someone to come back out when we returned home to look at what had initially caused the main breaker to blow. I think it’s EXTREMELY hard to find a company that really seems to show such good customer service and care in something that is so crucial like not having power. We will ONLY use Roby in the future with any electrical needs

Had a furnace installed with them but they moved the AC so that it wouldn't drain properly. Now my ceiling is wet, can't use my A/C, and they can't come out for another 4 days. Really? Do not use if you expect to get a job done properly or any sort of service.

I called Helms when I had to replace all of the PVC sewer lines under the house and in the yard to the street. It was a big job and they came the day I called to give an estimate. They were very friendly came back with an estimate the following day. I felt like the estimate was fair and moved forward with them. They were able to come out within 3 days and they stayed until 10:00 that night to get it complete. I would highly recommend this company to do any plumbing work They were very courteous, professional and got the job done in a very timely manner.
