Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

They worked with my home warranty company to replace my 20 year old gas hot water heater. Malik did an amazing job bringing everything up to SC code, got the job done faster than expected, and graciously answered all my crazy questions!

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they don't fix it, you don't pay.

Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge.

Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty.

Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left.

Fortunately, we could be flexible with our schedule.

We have used Jim Dickerson for plumbing over the years and have always been super happy with the service, expertise and results. Today we had all house exterior receptacles covers replaced with new upgraded weather proof covers. All of the them were inspected and tested for GFI and 1 of them was completely replaced. Also had a problem socket on a ceiling fan inspected and fixed. Bobby texted when he was headed our way, arrived when expected, listened to my concerns, executed everything flawlessly and was done in a flash! Jim Dickerson is now my go to place for any future electrical needs.

Michael, from Progressive, was very organized and fast. Did a good job installing three toilets, removing the old ones of course, and left things very clean before he left. Would recommend the company's work quality and professionalism of employees, though the company did mess up on the original install date by not scheduling a helper for Michael so he could finish the job the same day. He had to install one of the toilets that day and come back again another day once he had a helper. Would have also been nice if the company had updated me that he was delayed the first day rather than me calling in multiple times to check status. Wasted half a day as a result just waiting. I do appreciate them being very responsive whenever I called, though. If I didn't have time constraints that threw off my moving plans, those delays would not have mattered, but as it stands, it did throw off a few other things in my schedule of moving into a newly bought place. Good workmanship though, hence the 4 stars.

I’ve used TC HVAC for over fifteen years. I’ve at times attempted to cheat on our relationship with side pieces like One Hour and Parks….both were extremely disappointing and a huge let down. I’ll never cheat on TC again. Was on time, knew the job, and charged a fair price. Joey is by the best at his craft.

Exceptional quality, definitely recommend! My garbage disposal was clogged and the toilet valve was leaking when I called at 10:30 in the morning. Around noon, Manny arrived. By 12:30 he had completed everything. His work was excellent, and he completed it quickly and thoroughly. He was the epitome of competence and politeness in his field. Their contact information is now saved in my phone as my go-to plumbing resource. Dustin, you and the company have my eternal gratitude.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Recently we were planning on purchasing a home we were renting and we of course had a home inspection and they noted some of the major system components in our home were reaching their functional age life expectancy.

The inspector noted that our Fort Mill home showed signs of deferred maintenance with the HVAC, electrical, furnace heat and air, and crawl space. They showed signs of wear and tear after years of minimal upkeep.We knew that the heat and air would need to be functional for years to come to protect our investment.

During our home buying process, the furnace in the house actually stopped functioning all together on a Friday afternoon and that weekend was extremely cold outside and we had no heat in the house. Our first thought was to call One Hour Heating and Cooling (turned out to be a mistake) because they can arrive in about an hour or so we thought. 6 hours later and after several phone calls trying to figure out who they were sending we finally found out that a technician was on the way and he went up to diagnose the system and shortly after he came down with a summary of proposed work ranging from $1500 up to $9,000. Mostly those quotes included overpriced years of air filters and service fees which was a major rip-off.Nowhere on that quote did they address the actual problems that needed to be fixed that same day to get the heat back on for our family of 5 including our 18 month old boy. Surely this is their ‘standard protocol’ when they send someone out because it’s clear they follow a ‘profits over people’ business model.

I knew this couldn't be right so I asked around and got a recommendation from a client of mine that happened to know Jeremy at Roby services. Luckily they are actually neighbors so we showed him the quote and Jeremy asked me to call the office Monday morning to send out an HVAC repairman near me out to see what is really going on with the furnace. He let us borrow a few of his space heaters which allowed us to actually sleep in our home on Saturday and Sunday nights. After running a few tests, Jeremy and Anthony determined it was simply just a bad capacitor and the blower motor on a furnace was shot and the cost to fix was just a few hundred dollars.

Don't make the same mistake I did by calling the companies that spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertising just so they can send out a salesman to take advantage of any homeowner they can. Call Roby Services to get an honest diagnosis as to what's really going on with your home. These guys are passionate about what they do and they are professionals that will give you a fair quote to address what needs to be fixed and not try and scare you into thinking you need to build a whole new house just because you have a light switch not working and a clogged drain.

Never came by to give me an estimate

Used our Home Warranty to schedule an appointment for a drain stoppage. The Home Warranty had him as one of their contracts I guess. I called the H.W on a Saturday.

I then received an email asking for my availability, which I filled out accordingly.

Long story short. Never received a call from J and E Plumbing, in which I decided to call on Sunday to see if we could schedule something for the week.

The guy answers the phone, and rudely tells me that he doesn't work on Sundays. I tell him ok, and we hang up. The following day in Monday he cancels my appointment after waiting 2 days and now would have contact someone else and wait another two or three days to schedule an appointment .

Not very professional in his part. If he didn't want the job to begin with, shouldn't have accepted the job.

Dan and the guys were all great. They took care of us in the hottest days of the summer. Communication and service was second to none. Highly recommend Accent Comfort Services!
