We have a film studio in an older building. So we have a flow of customers and guests in and out. We started having trouble with our toilet. Thomas came out, responded quickly, and resolved our problem. But better yet, he investigated and discovered the true cause of our problem. Now we know how to proceed in the future and this has saved us money on our bottom line. We have become lifetime customers.

Owner William did initial visit to estimate hot water heater removal and installation and spent 90 minutes. Within an hour he had emailed Good, Better, Best estimates for the job as well as a pressure regulator install he recommended to drop our pressure from 90 to below 70 psi. Email included detailed quotes and photos.

I got three more quotes, including one for 20% less from a one-man operation using a lesser brand and one from a big box retailer,. I went with Mr. Rooter because William seemed most solid. In fact, I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT I bought their 3-year membership plan, which I rarely do.

Mr. Rooter had a crew at my house within 10 days. As promised, the crew called at the appointed hour on the appointed day to tell me they were on their way.

The lead plumber Ryan was exceptionally professional. He asked me to move my car so he could park in driveway to avoid trampling my grass and always donned booties before entering the house. He also introduced his assistant. A second tech showed up to install the regulator and William came by for a QA check. I really appreciated the high-touch professionalism.

Ryan kept me up to speed throughout the job, letting me know when he was leaving for supplies, for lunch and taking a break from the heat, and finally, that he had cleaned up after himself and would check to make sure the gates in the back yard were closed. He showed me each installation and how to shut off water if needed and informed me to call the city to replace their meter at the curb. Finally, the crew took care of two minor issues for me. They set a high bar for Great service.

Scott and Jesse were amazing. They knew exactly what to do in order to fix my leak and were very friendly. I highly recommend them.

DiJan Mitev and trainee looked at my shower drain issue and cleaned the pipe underneath. Water flowing easily now. The other sink drain issue was just the sink drain cover . He recommended faucet flow to be
adjusted by replacing faucet if warranty covers replacement. Otherwise, it’s working for now. Thank you

I'm apart of the duke energy warranty programs I had been having problem with my A.C off and on ....so Duke has sent them out to repair it. They turn back in a report to Duke energy that a c unit is 20 year old need to be replace. I have another problem so I called my local independent a.c guy. he come to the house. And tell me nothing wrong with my ac until. It's my thermostat inside the house.. And said he would not ever replace the A.C I have. It big commercial style unit .He said it would cost me 10k and the new units are not made with the same quality. They don't make the quality of the current unit you have any longer. There absolutely nothing wrong with your unit. So this company was try to get me to buy a new unit because of faulty thermostat. He told me when you have someone untrained and they can't figure it out there fall back is to replace your whole unit... Beware of there untrained A C tech. May sure you get a 2nd opinion when using this company. I have not had one problem the rest of the summer after replacing the thermostat inside the house..

We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.

After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I would definitely recommend giving these guys/gals a call for any plumbing projects.

I had a water spot start in downstairs ceiling. Tony came by the very next day. He cut a small hole in the ceiling to evaluate the situation. Once the problem was identified he repaired the problem quickly, efficiently and at great price. Highly recommend you give Toliny a call. They will now be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

Huge Shout out to Anthony and Eli with Roby Services' HVAC team! They came out to meet with me on my very weird and limited schedule of availability, prepared a quote on the spot and were out the next day to replace my system. They were very friendly, professional and as knowledgeable and as communicative as they come - I absolutely trusted their feedback and advice! Since theirs is a business supporting homeowners in areas some of us simply don't understand, the value of that communication and trust is so important. You can't go wrong with this team!

Joe came out through my home warranty to repair a leak I had in my crawl space. He was fast in the repair and was incredibly nice!

We are so pleased with the work RYN services did! We asked them to install three grab bars and a towel bar. The grab bars were a bit of an issue as they needed to be mounted on ceramic tile-something many companies didn’t want to risk attempting. RYN was efficient with their communication scheduling Lawrence to come look at the job and give us an estimate. By the next day we had scheduled a day and time for Lawrence to come back and do the work. We were emailed an invoice for 50% of the job up front (standard) and were able to pay easily online. Lawrence came back at the scheduled time, again great communication all the way, along with apprentice, Caleb. The guys were incredibly competent, professional, and sweet. They did an awesome job and we are already thinking of other things we will be calling them back to do in the future. Thanks, guys!

No call back

We called John at Payless Plumbers Matthews for an emergency repair & had a good experience. I broke a garden hose faucet clean off the side of our house, leaving a broken pipe in the wall, late in the evening. John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.
