Absolutely awesome! They are quick to get to the site, professional and kind. Called a different plumbing service before this one and the receptionist sounded burdened from a phone call. Here, they were making sure they could help as much as possible and got you to the right people in a very timely manner. Would recommend!

Payless Plumbers answered my call promptly, and were at my home within an hour. They resolve my water leak and were on their way to satisfy another customer. Jason, thank you for taking care of my plumbing issue today.

One of the first guages i have is how a customer responds to a request for service. One phone call to them. Said they would be there that afternoon or next morning. No show, not even a call. Got a phone call three days later at 8pm. Are you interested in plumbing service? i said yes and told them i called three days ago. someone will call you within a half an hour. No phone call. Called them the next morning to check on status. Someone will call you right back. No call by the end of the day. If someone doesnt have the courtesy to follow up or lie about a follow up phone call, i doubt there actual service is any good. Let alone if you have an issue with their work that they would respond. Poor managment and customer service.

I called Payless to get a quote for replacing my sump pump that began failing while I was at work. The employee I spoke with said they would get someone in contact with my wife and over to the house to get a quote generated. They spoke with my wife and set up the appointment to look at the pump. After looking at the pump and not performing any other services, they demanded my wife pay $70 for them coming out to generate a quote! At no time during my phone call or hers did anyone from Payless say they were going to charge $70 just to generate a quote!
I've used dozens of contactors over the years and never had one charge a fee just to generate a quote for the actual work. Oh and their consolation was that if we used then for the service they would deduct the $70 from the cost of the repair (like you're dealing with a car dealership).
Consumer beware, this is a very shady business with hidden fees that no other contractor charges!

Excellent experience. They were able to come out same day as call and fixed our toilet. Definitely recommend!
