I had to have a major plumbing job done to my house on Feb. 11th. The day of the job, they were late and did not have all of their equipment needed to complete the job or even get started. They had to wait, because they rent the equipment needed for the job from another company. I made my appointment almost 2 weeks in advance and they still came not prepared. During the job they took two very long breaks, not lunch breaks. The reason for both breaks, was their equipment broke or they did not have what they needed. The person over the two guys left and did not come back for almost two hours. The two guys were not competent at all. I was told that all of my furniture in the rooms they were working in would be covered, that was a lie. In my office, nothing was covered. There was dust everywhere, all on my desk, shelves, printer, and office chair. Then I go into my dinning room, and dust is all over my table, chairs, and other furniture I moved out of the office. They also pulled up the padding in the living room and my office from under the carpet and it was not replaced. They informed me, they were going to clean up after they were finished, that did not happen. They left the door to my office hanging off the hinges and was not put back on correctly. They left the window open in the office making my house alarm go off. I was also told that after they cut into the concrete slab they were going to fill it back with concrete and smooth it out, that did not happen. When walking through the living room I fell and twisted my ankle because I walked into a deep dip that was not filled in. I texted the person in charge of the job everything I listed above. He tried to fix some of the problems but I should not have to contact the company to inform that I was not happy with the job before anyone came out. This company was highly recommended to me. My experience was not good at all with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.

New to the area and was so happy to find Ben Franklin plumbing to fix our tankless water heater after the Freeze! Our plumber, Jason was professional, capable and took the time to explain the problem and the repair.

Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the dispatcher to the technician were very friendly and courteous. Jeremy was helpful and explained everything he needed to do. They came the same day I called and I was happy to have the job done. I do feel like it was a little pricey but I was in a bind and they got the job done.

They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

Thomas came out, was on time and had me fixed up promptly. Still had the rest of my Saturday to take care of my stuff.

From the beginning Franklin has demonstrated a great sense of courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. He is an excellent representative of his company and he has shown proof his great skills. Great job all the way!

I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

I was in dire need with my wife returning home to new counter tops and new sink. Only the sink wasn’t useable.I googled best plumbers in my area and “Charlotte plumbing master” popped up with a 5 star rating. I called bright and early. Tim answered the phone. Asked me what I needed done. I asked if they could send out someone today, he said yes. He gave me an appointment time. Diyan was very knowledgeable. Walked me through everything from start to finish then showed me the pre-bill quote. The price was great for what I needed done. I FaceTime my wife to show her the finished product. We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!
