Best Gas Line Services in Charlotte NC

We called for appointment to have them check to see if the water value was turned on for sink and toilet installation. Was advised that it would be a charge of $75. just to come into the home for services , but would be an additional charge for the plumber if he had to use his tools. We specifically told representative on two occasions what we needed and ask for (which is above) specific pricing for this and representative said she could not give us that without seeing the job first. We said okay fine. Set appointment. Plumber gets here and tells us that in order to check the water flow, it would be $325.00 per installation of the silver water value times two. That’s a absurd. Then for the plumber to compare the service to having car and putting insurance on it. WHAT!!!!! Truly we are disappointed with this company for the mere reason of not getting precise information. Need to do a better job , when it comes to this. Budgets are tight and times are tough. This company needs to consider that and act accordingly.

David and Dennis came out and did a super job for us. Both were very pleasant and extremely knowledgable and professional. I was amazed at how well they worked together as a team to complete my leaky waterline repair. Well done !! I will request them should I ever need service again ! I hope they are appreciated by your company as much as I appreciated them being here to solve my leak isues!

Justin came out today to provide an estimate to run gas line to the kitchen. He did an outstanding job by getting into Attic to figure out how to get the gas line to the kitchen area as it was not that straight forward. Justin is a highly skilled professional and takes pride in the work he does. He was nice and easy to talk to. This is my first experience with WyattWorks and waiting for the real work to be completed. I couldn’t not be happier with the services I received so far and will update more once the project is completed.

They had an employee injured on the job so they were delayed getting out to me but I appreciated the communication! They send you a note when they are about 20 min out.

They checked out the problem I called about but also took a look around the rest of the house as well. Tyler was super helpful and my original problem was fully explained and solved. He also found a leaky pipe connection under the house so I’m waiting to hear on the estimate for that fix. Overall, very happy with my experience!

They were able to send out a plumber in about an hour when I had a leak at my water heater when other places were saying it would be 10-12 hours before someone could get here. Chris Jones was the technician and he was super helpful, explained all my options and answered all my questions. He installed my new water heater quickly and saved the day!

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. The work itself was done in under an hour and the install was clean and efficient. Really good guys, definitely folks you want to trust with your plumbing work. Thank you guys!

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

I live in an older home and have gone from cast iron pipes to pvc. Lately, I had a major blockage in the outside main pipe that goes to city sewage that caused no operating bathrooms (3) inside my home. After calling a High End Corporate Plumbing Service, and them trying to sell me over on a 4K mainline replacement, and still no working bathrooms.... I went with a second opinion with Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Starting with the initial contact, they declared my situation as an “emergency”. They dispatched a plumber by the name of Jordon. After initial contact, Jordon was on my property promptly. He found the problem outside, fixed it, and made sure all pipes/drains were unclogged and water was exiting my home to the city lines with no other problems. All 3 bathroom tubs and sink drains are working great without the $4000 bill!! Thank you Charlotte Plumbing Masters & thank you, Jordon! We will refer and use this company again.

Michael was excellent from Bliss Plumbing. I went through Lowe's and bought a garbage disposal and the installation. He installed my garbage disposal and unclogged my sink. I did have to pay an extra 135.00 for the clog in my sink filled with water on both sides. I got a family member to help me at first but he didn't know what he was doing. But at least I don't have this problem with my sink. I have a new garbage disposal installed and now I can wash my dishes.

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is.
