Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

Ritchie Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our outside spigot that had burst due to freezing. They were professional, courteous, on time, and their prices were reasonable. John did an excellent job explaining our options and pricing up front. We will highly recommend them to our friends and family; we’ll definitely use Ritchie Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in future.

Needed corrugated pipe from main gas line into home replaced. Had already cut away drywall to expose said pipe. Asked for an estimate and was told they would send someone. Tech called me on way said they would do estimate but if I chose not to use them would charge $79. As a first time customer I have no idea if they would have given me a fair estimate or not but a bit unreasonable to think I have to pay them if they come up with some ridiculous $$$ amount for repairs. Several other local co were happy to give free estimates and complete the work.

That said they were very polite & may do great work. Just wary of businesses that are unwilling to sell themselves on their services to develop a customer relationship.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. Major water leak bubbling up in yard Friday afternoon. Called based on TV ads and recommendation. Able to respond quickly including notification when 30 min away. Quickly and thoroughly diagnosed problem. Stopped leak. Irrigation line had ruptured. Advised how to procede and how to work with city water company in asking for relief from very high bill. Anthony went way beyond reasonable expectations. Thorough. Extremely fair cost of service call. Never rushed. Excellent.

I had to replace my whole house water filtration system and Michael & Son Services did a great job. The installer, Gary, was very knowledgeable and efficient in the system. He took the time to explain each step and also ensured I was satisfied. He went the extra mile and made sure my installation was to my satisfaction. He was friendly, courteous, and a real professional.

Was having issue with my hot water heater. Duke power sent Dickerson Plumbing out. I checked the reviews once I now know who was coming and was very reluctant to go with them from what I read. I had talk with a very rude person already with Duke today I wasn't in the mood to chance another rude person. Repairman will be Joseph.
Well today Joseph Joe arrived on time. First impression everything to me. He was very professional, courtesy and knowledge. I like that he put his shoe covers on.. After briefing him on my issue he got to work. I like that he didn't mind answering any questions I asked him. Very good customer service skills. I'm so glad I had no issue. He checked everything out and found the water turn off was I think too low which was also causing a issue with my commode. He was very helpful in telling me what need to be done with commode. It was not covered on my plan and was more than I wanted to pay. That's the only reason I didn't have him do it. Can't say enough about Joe. If I have issues again I will ask for this company requesting Joseph because he do not fit the bill for any of the negative reviews I read.
