Even though the work performed was very satisfactory the pricing was way out of line. I supplied all the parts and the work not very complex, I was charged $373/hr for the call. I would be very leery in using this service again. Be wary and get an approximate estimate on rates before you have them come out.

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

We were referred to them by our home warranty company. They were out here the next day, on time, and courteous. We ended up replacing our garbage disposal and kitchen sink facet. He had to run out to the store for the equipment but always let me know what he was doing and seemed to do it expeditiously. Everything looks great! I have had no issues and would recommend.

My plumbing was all backed up so I couldn’t even run the water or use a toilet. They came out last night to assess the problem but since he needed two people to do what he needed to do which was go up on the roof and snake the drains they came back first thing this morning. They had my drains cleared and all of my plumbing back in working condition within two hours. Very professional and nice to deal with.I also appreciated the fact that they do a Covid screening of customers and that the plumbers all wear masks.I highly recommend this company
