Joe was great! Very professional but personable as well. He listened as I described my issue and then went right to work. Found the issue and gave me his recommendations. It looks like a city sewer issue. We shall see. He told me to let him know what happens either way - whether he has to come back or not. I am very pleased!

I have used Bliss plumbing on the past. They have quick response, GREAT customer service. My tankless water heater had stopped working. I was told, I needed a remote and possible a part. Joel came out and simply plugged it in. Ran my water for 30 minutes and everything was normal. He did advise me it needs to be cleaned. Yet the tankless water heater was fine. I appreciate honesty, patience for going up and down my attic. Overall great customer service.

Plumbing issues are almost always an emergency and IRV plumbing has been quick to respond multiple times. We bought a 17 year old house and in a year and a half we’ve already had to replace a sump pump among several other issues. Tony in particular was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and fast!

Our well quit working at a very inconvenient time - I was in the middle of showering! After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. Shannon and Reggie worked fast and clean to replace a section of piping that was slowing a sink drain. Incredibly nice guys, on top of their professionalism, expertise and courtesy.

Reggie quoted two possible estimates for the repair - all depending on our pipe configuration once he cut into the drywall. When he and Shannon came back out to do the repair, they located and resolved the issue quickly, thoroughly and exactly at the price quoted.

It's really hard, particularly right now, to get good home repair/service/contractors out for relatively small jobs. I appreciated Massey Plumbing's responsiveness and overall smart customer service.
