Ben Franklin was hired by our HOA to fix a water leak underneath the slab of our townhome. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. The first repair indicated that they needed to go further under the slab because there was a second leak. They fixed the leaks and proceeded to leave the outside pipe closed off with a “Shark Bite” connection because it was late in the day. THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY VERBALLY DISCUSSED WHEN THE REPAIR WAS INITIATED BY ADAM. We were assured that it would be put back in the way it was PROMISED as to not have to worry about it again. We patiently waited the 2 1/2 weeks for them to return only to find out that they were NOT going to sweat on a new fitting but just to leave the “Shark Bite” on, fill in the hole (filled with muddy water) place a plumbing box in the ground around the fitting and clean out. A lid was placed on top and they left.Dishonest, lack of Character and Integrity. Don’t be fooled‼️

We have used Wyatt Works a few times now and we have been extremely satisfied every single time. Mike Orlando is absolutely great. No way I would use a different plumbing service.

Dustin was wonderful, particularly as we had a sewer line issue on a Saturday. He was professional, explained the issues and solutions clearly, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely recommend him and Mr. Rooter to others.

Had a leak under the kitchen faucet. Called Option One to come fix. Scott was great and did an amazing job. I have a few more jobs that need to get done and I know I’ll be calling option one and specifically asking for Scott.

This is the 2ND time I have used this company and I am very pleased with the service they provide. Jason and John are very friendly, they give you a time and they show up. Once the work is completed they check to make sure things are back in working order.In my case a clogged kitchen drain. My retired plumber recommend this company to me. I asked questions while John was working and he explained what he was doing to me. I so appreciated that cause I'm sure my questions slowed him down a bit. Thanks guys.

Plumber arrived at my home within an hour of my initial call after another plumber had put me off for days. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters in the future!

Tony was awesome, amazing and a professional plumber. We had plumbing issues for years. He came, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it correctly. We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Called on a Saturday and had someone here in 2 hours. Got the job done quickly and the plumber was super friendly and professional. They do charge 79.00 to come out which is on the higher end I’ve seen but no one else was able to come or didn’t reply at all. I’d recommend!
