Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

Jeff H from Queen City came by to install an outdoor hose Bibb (faucet / spigot). We were initially wary of getting this done since it was going to be a spare (we already have one in our front yard but nothing for back), and we saw estimates of $500+ online. Queen City was not only more economical but Jeff was such a delight to work with - he was knowledgeable friendly and confident in his approach - overall, the work delivered was great and we’re very happy with Queen City. Stephen Barry Funderburk was fantastic. He looked over all the pipes with a fine tooth comb and found the problem. Barry also noticed and showed me where the water heater was about to rupture which would have flooded my basement with 50 gallons of water. Barry explained everything in detail about the job that needed to be done and not once did I feel that I was being charged for work that was not needed. Barry also arrived the day the installers Russ Sr. and Russ Jr. arrived, to do the repairs, to show them what all needed to be done. Russ Sr. and Russ Jr. were great, they did not waste anytime getting started on the job and worked the entire day with out breaks until the job was done . When they left they cleaned so well you could not even notice they were there. All three were nice and comfortable to be around.Thank you for everything Melissa Hedger

I recently had a leaking hot water tank early in the morning. I gave Mr . Rooter a call and within 30 minutes they were here. Matt came in and fixed the problem in no time at all. He is a very knowledgeable plumber and knows his stuff!! I have used Mr. Rooter on several occasions. From frozen pipes to a leaking dishwasher they have always been there to help me. Day or night, weekday or weekend I can count on them to give me great service! I highly recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else!!

My husband called AAA City Plumbing to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Shane came out to check the problem and was wonderful! He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what he was doing to identify the leak. He quickly discovered that the frost proof pipe had frozen and burst. He was quick and efficient with repairing the faucet. I would definitely recommend AAA City Plumbing!

This company is really great about communicating with their customers! They keep you up to date about your appointment and exactly what time the tech would arrive. Tony arrived on time. Checked started wiring on gas fireplace. Identified potential problems and dealt with them. He was pleasant, explained what he was doing and why, and left with the fireplace working.
