Derek was on time and very professional. The estimate he provided was immediately emailed to me and there was no pressure to schedule the work. He explained the different options and informed us they do offer financing as it is a big job with a big cost.

Jeremey came out to do an assessment of a water leak on the kitchen ceiling.

I am very pleased with option one. They have done multiple projects for me at my home. Their technician Christopher has always been very professional and does great work. Recently he removed old cast iron piping underneath my house and replaced it with all new PVC piping as well as installing a new 2 way clean out. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for future projects.

Brett was very helpful and flexible with my scheduling needs. Eric and Ricky showed up on time, walked through the plumbing projects with me, and gave me a quote before the work ever started. Eric was so incredibly helpful with explaining my plumbing questions about my new home. They completed the work efficiently for a fair price, left their shoes at the door, and were just overall nice guys. We will use All Hours Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters replaced a main water line that had broken on my side of the city water meter. They were very professional during the entire repair. They really did more than I thought they would to replace the water line. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for plumber to do any job that you want a 100% professional job.

He was conscientious and thorough, solving one minor but annoying problem, and offering economical ways to address a more serious problem. I was impressed by his integrity and professionalism. John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

This whole company is awesome. I called Sunday evening about a leak and was told someone could come out 8 am Monday. Matthew showed up at 8 am on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a hairline crack in the pipe leading to my outdoor spicket) and quoted me a price BEFORE doing any work. They offer 5 packages for that service, from Band Aid all the way up to Platinum-- I was most impressed that he didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. He had to cut a small piece of my drywall due to the location of the pipe but let me know beforehand that he had to do this so I had the option of saying no. He explained everything he was doing and had me watch some of the process so I could see exactly from where the leak sprung and how he was fixing it. This is my first time using a plumber in Charlotte & I will never use anyone else. There was no service fee and my total was less than two hundred. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with this service.

We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Our tech, Bryan, was a true professional. He explained his game plan to find our gas leak and keep us up to date along the way. After, he identified the problem, repair it and reviewed the entire process, so we felt comfortable with the repair. E.R. Plumbing is a first rate outfit. We had just moved to Charlotte and it was our best referral for service companies by far.

Ethan was very thorough cleaning the burners. We have never seen anyone do that and it was in our basic maintenance price. He showed us our dirty coils and gave us a reasonable price to clean them. Our unit is running efficiently now.
