Kim did an excellent job running a water line to our fridge. He went above and beyond. Excellent quality. He’s the only one we would call with plumbing or gas problems.

Very happy with our service this morning. The technician was clean and polite. After he set our toilet he found where there was actually a leak in the water supply line and fixed that as well. Would recommend them to other homeowners.

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. The work itself was done in under an hour and the install was clean and efficient. Really good guys, definitely folks you want to trust with your plumbing work. Thank you guys!

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Both service providers were excellent. Brian Baltimore serviced our electrical issues. He explained the problem, how it could be fixed, told us the cost and after agreeing he fixed the issues effectively. Brian was on time. We like that Michael &Sons sends a photo and brief professional history of the service provider.William Davis conducted the air conditioning and cooling system inspection. Very thorough and provided photos of any issues with a thorough explanation of what he was showing us. He also cleaned the outside air conditioning unit which was clogged with debris. Everything was done professionally. To be honest, we left Service Experts and went to Michael & Sons because we felt Michael & Sons was more professional, always on time, more knowledgeable and less expensive.
