Bryant arrived in a timely manner, not a pushy salesman, went over all options and gave proposals for us to look over. A couple things needed tested and those were ran efficiently and the documents needed were provided to us.

WyattWorks installed our new tankless water heater, filtration system and water softener. Seth gave us a very fair price and Jeremey and Mike did an outstanding job installing all these systems very quickly, professionally and neatly. Seth even helped me hook our water heater up to wifi. We are so happy we chose WyattWorks. I will be looking to them for all future plumbing needs.

This is the first time I have used Charlotte Plumbing and they exceeded my expectations. The person who came out was extremely polite, courteous and professional.

We discovered a water leak under our hardwood floors at late in the afternoon. Our restoration company’s initial assessment suggested having a plumber come out to locate the source of the leak {toilet? supply line?} to halt the flow of water. At 4:48pm.

By 5:53p we had confirmation a technician from Mr. Rooter would arrive that evening. Matthew was amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Call them!

Called Option One in a pinch on Saturday morning. Ted came out that day and was incredibly helpful. Completed a toilet installation for me that was needed after the old one finally gave in. Yes was courteous, prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable. Will make sure to use them again and ask for Ted specifically if possible for any other plumbing needs that may arise!

I had two other plumbers come out after experiencing sewage issues and none of them were able to help me. Once Rapid Rooter Plumbing arrived. they took the time and care to investigate, and found what was causing the problem. I am so glad I had them to solve the issue!

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. The work itself was done in under an hour and the install was clean and efficient. Really good guys, definitely folks you want to trust with your plumbing work. Thank you guys!

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

Have been using IRV for the past several years including complete kitchen remodel (rough-in & finish on both electrical and plumbing) and replacing water heater. So I have spent thousands of dollars on work.Mostly happy, however lately seems disorganized as they have at least twice, sent a plumber instead of an electrician or vice-versa when I requested service. And every time I request an electrician, it is someone different and most are new to the company.Recently, I asked for plumber regarding bathtub fixture replacement and they never got back to me, even after sending 3 emails and waiting for a couple weeks. Finally I called a different plumber.On the most recent visit the electrician had to be rescheduled for the following day and cut two extra holes that were really not needed, one was in the wall and one in the ceiling. The one was from drilling through ceiling in wrong spot (which can happen) and other was because of having trouble fishing a rod through wall and into ceiling, so had to cut a hole in the wall to feed the wire up. Later it was determined rod was at wrong angle to get it through the wall (again, it can happen)On kitchen work, the plugmold in kitchen was poorly attached and became loose on wall after some months. They had to return and fix, but they charged another service call due to length of time since install.Don't get me wrong, they did A LOT of work at the house. Completely rewiring kitchen with new panel box, plus plumbing work. But, it was not without issues and most were unnecessary issues.Do I think they did a decent job. Yes, for the most part and everything works as it should. They are also good about cleaning up the messes they make. However, the prices have also been increasing for work they have been quoting me.Will I use them again? Maybe. But might also try elsewhere.This is as honest a review as I can do, so - YMMV.

I wanted to get a secondary opinion so I did some research and found Ritchie Plumbing. John and his team took their time to explore every possible cause of the problem, they looked beyond the surface and found the root cause. They are professional, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to ensure they provide a sustainable solution to your problem. Definitely recommend!

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after he'd left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didn't work on sprinkler systems he'd come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I can't even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. He's definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

The 1st plumbing company I called sent two technicians out who actually said they don't locate leaks, they only fix them. I called E. R. Plumbing Services in Mint Hill. The technician they sent replaced the leaking pressure reducing valve next to the water meter in our front yard, and that has greatly reduced our sky high water bills.

The technician arrived right on time and managed to fix the plugged up pipe without costing me thousands of dollars.
