Benjamin Franklin is a top notch company. They are timely, professional, and very knowledgable. My job (water line replacement from the meter to the house) had numerous complications due to trees, multiple utility lines and a few underground items. Their technicians (Brandon and Lauren) were persistent and did not cut any corners. They committed to doing the job right and invested an extra day to make it happen. Replaced a new toilet.

I called Option One about a broken tub spout first thing in the morning and Thomas arrived as scheduled that afternoon. He was able to start work immediately, which was a plus. What initially looked like a straightforward repair turned into a bigger job when it was discovered that the original shower pipes were installed crooked. The odd angle resulted in the tub spout angling down into the tub which then left a large gap between the shower wall and the spout flange. Thomas cut out the faulty pipes and installed new tubing at the proper angle, then stubbed out a new tub pipe so that it was parallel to the floor. My new tub spout looks great, and best of all, it doesn’t leak!

Thomas was professional throughout and worked with me to troubleshoot the best solution. I hope I don’t need a plumber again ($$$!), but if I do, it’ll be Option One Plumbing.

They actually arrived earlier than planned which was good and called ahead of time as promised. The crew was very courteous and professional and went out of their way to help me.

I had two other plumbers come out after experiencing sewage issues and none of them were able to help me. Once Rapid Rooter Plumbing arrived. they took the time and care to investigate, and found what was causing the problem. I am so glad I had them to solve the issue!

Brett got back to me same day on Sunday and scheduled Johnny to come fix two of my toilets in my new house, he came over and knocked out the work in a couple of hours! Very professional, wore a mask and took my health and safety into account, and would happily refer their business.
