WOW! This company has blown me away. I had been dealing with a leak issue in a condo for months, where we were unsure of the source. After months of headache, I gave Mr. Rooter a call. I found them on Angie's List. A diagnostic appointment was set up for the next day. The tech, Travis Blanton came out at the scheduled time and thoroughly looked over the area with the issue. He gave me a ton of useful information, told me what needed done and offered up his phone number for me to call for any other questions or concerns. He was very polite, professional and put me at ease. And all that didn't cost a thing. That's awesome customer service! John Bird was my technician, and was very professional and listened to my concerns. I was having water issues from a clogged main drain, and John went right to the source of the problems and showed me the issues, which in fact was roots growing into the drain. I was unable to have any water running inside the house, so I appreciated the rapid response. I called about 1pm on a Friday and John was at my house by 3pm. He cleaned out the drain and was done within an hour. Very satisfied with the company and with John, I will use them again if I ever need plumbing service.

Brett and David were terrific. Our 40 Gallon Rheem gas water tank in the garage had been leaking, and water was pooling at the bottom of the tank for about 3 days. Brett and David came out within an hour or two of the call, and their work was very professionally done. I highly recommend them for their service. Work was done in one day on 12/10/2015.

My hot water heater broke after a great run of 18 years. It is direct vent so more expensive than the average hot water heater. I initially received an estimate that sounded extremely high. I called Charlotte Plumbing Masters and they were able to do the work for $1,000 less without cutting corners. Diyan, my installer, was professional and did a thorough job of installing my new hot water heater and making sure I had any questions answered. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should I need additional plumbing work.

We called Jim Dickerson to come out and unclog our Washing Machine drain. Their guy showed up but did not have the right tools or machine to do the job. They had call a 2nd plumber and they charged me almost $600.00 bucks. I called and questioned the bill and was told they would review it an call me back but they never did.
