This was our third time using Charlotte Plumbing. Once for our main water shut off valves, once for our gas dryer hookup, and this time to replace our kitchen faucet. There is a reason we keep using them, they're excellent. They can typically can give you a quote over the phone and will have you send pictures to help cover what ifs. Most other companies either charge for a quote or will only quote on site, making you have to wait an extra day at home. Only once has a quote been off and that was because of unforseen circumstances regarding water shutoffs for the condo building. They were upfront and told us of the change before the work began. Their staff is always punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!

It's never easy to pay for a unexpected home repair. However when it does hit your home I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter. William arrived on time located the leak in my water supply line explained every step in the process he was very careful to minimize the damage to my lawn and took steps to clean all the areas he worked in . One top notch outfit!

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.
