Jason drove from a job in SC all the way to my houses within an hour and a half of being called. He was on time, thorough, polite, efficient, friendly and professional. He is definitely trustworthy and dependable. He is even coming back at a time that I am home from work for my comfort level. Highly recommended!

Tyler with Charlotte Plumbing did an amazing job today! He was quick and thorough with our toilet repair. Have used them in the past to replace toilet and repair water heater. Have been impressed every time with their professionalism and honesty. They also kept me very updated on when the technician would be arriving at my house. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I had a water heater rupture at my business, Mr. Rooter responded immediately and made what could have been a major headache a non-event. His team was courteous and effective. Mr. Rooter is the best!

Ted showed up and has a great attitude. I explain the situation to him. He listened until I was done. He said let me take a look. A few minutes later he said I see the problem. Ted started the job it didn’t take him long to fix it. Ted explained to me some of the many services that Option One offers. I do need a few extra things fixed. Option One will be my first call for any plumbing needs

same day service which was good. VERY expensive. 1 hour job and 30 dollars worth of parts. 469 dollars. after job plumber said his boss got onto him for lowballing the price.

UPDATE: After getting a personal call from the GM (Cody) and having a lengthy discussion, I'm upgrading my review from 2 stars to 4. The reason is his level of customer service. Because he stands so strongly behind his team and values his repeat customers, I can only appreciate the time he took to call and listen to my side of the issue and let me know the changes he's implemented, so a customer can get the service they request regardless to outcome of the issue at hand.

There was some confusion in the background and the techs thought I'd be happy that they didn't waste my money on a job that wasn't going to fix the problem. They didn't realize that I understood this wasn't a fix. I was requesting maintenance to keep my problem at bay until I can afford the fix.

We've scheduled a new maintenance request and I look forward to more business in the future. Thank you Rapid Rooter.

As a repeat customer I'm HIGHLY disappointed in the my latest nonservice request. I say non because they never did the job I scheduled. Once every few years I schedule a main line clean out from the main pipe to the street.

This year I'm not sure what was different (maybe staff changes) but when I scheduled the maintenance the woman on the line seemed a bit perplexed about my request but did schedule the work. The problem was Chris tried to diagnose my issue instead of providing the service I scheduled. He kept trying to sell me the camera down the drain (which I would have paid for in addition to the clean out) and never did the work.

I've been in this house for 14years I know the issues, which is why I scheduled a maintenance clean out to keep my issue from becoming a problem until I get the thousands of dollars to fix it. After Chris diagnosed it and refused to do the clean out (which they've done over the past 12 years) they sent Rick out to give me the estimate on other work. However when I asked yet again if he'd do the clean out, he said they'd call Chris back out. But Chris never returned the woman on the phone says, We'll see if we can do that (meaning the clean out). My response was if you look at my records you'll see that you've done this before so why wouldn't you do it now?

I have full time job and need permission to work from home. Waiting on 2 sets of crews to come out is a bit ridiculous (especially since i raced to work when Chris left, then got a call from RR saying a new crew was coming shortly) so I raced back home to receive no service at all and WASTING a work from home privilege.

Now I have to find another company to service me and ask again to work from home. This doesn't make any sense to me. If the professionals think my maintenance clean out is a waste of time for them, they should consider the fact that it's a service I've bee paying for, for years. If only to humor the customer, it should have been done as no harm can come from it. The just lost my money.

Brett did a great job at giving a good price and installing my water heater pretty fast. Brett and Eric were great at installing my tankless water heater and they also did work on my second home down the street in the same day. It was a great experience from calling and getting a price all the way to Brett showing up for the county inspection. I would recommend him and Eric as they have a vast amount of experience and outstanding customer service skills.

Brett and Eric were able to answer every single question I had about plumbing issues that I had at my second home and about the tankless install. I could tell how much experience he had when the inspector for the permits did his inspection and was asking questions and you could just tell he has been doing this for years and providing great quality service. If your looking for a great price and outstanding service I would go with All Hours Plumbing!

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME 4 TIMES THE AMOUNT TO FIX A CLOG THAT ONLY COST ME $200 BUCKS TO FIX. THE PLUMBER TOLD ME HE HAD TO TEAR MY TOILETS OFF OF THE FLOOR WHICH WAS TOTALLY FALSE. I CALLED ANOTHER PLUMBER AND HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 20 MIN. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGER HE NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK. THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM. ALL THEY WANT FROM YOU IS THEIR SERVICE FEE!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY WOULDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL NOT GET IT FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

Donald from D. R. Jordan Plumbing did a wonderful job replacing my pressure valve (I think that's what it's called) in my garage. It was causing a very loud whistle whenever I ran water in the house. Now I can flush the toilet and wash clothes without letting my neighbors know.

He was very friendly, professional, and did a very clean professional job. I highly recommend him. I will most definitely use his services again, if required.

Steven was very professional and thorough. He explained all of the costs up front and left the work area clean. There were no surprises or hidden costs, I was able to see the cost and authorize all work before it was completed.

Our Michael and Sons plumber was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. The toilet is no longer running continuously. Hurray! We have more work to be done, nothing needing immediate attention, so we will hear back about service requirements and pricing.

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left. I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday. When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit. I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit. I refused and decided to look at the unit myself. I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt. The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT. After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.
