My plumber was Brandon, he called to let me know that he was on his way and gave me the proper time fame that he will arrive at my place of residence. When Brandon showed up I was surprised on how articulate he was and how he easily diagnose the issue I was having. Brandon wrote out opinions and explain each one thoroughly. After Brandon was finished explaining everything, I felt I was way more knowledgeable when it came to my plumbing system. Once I picked an option Brandon worked efficiently and explained step by step what he was doing to finish the job. Even though, the price was somewhat expensive I did not mind because I felt he truly know what he was doing. And 2 weeks later my plumbing has been the least of my concerns. Called Wyatt this morning when I noticed a leak in the water heater, and a few hours later we had a new water heater—easy peasy. The tech was very nice and they did a great job cleaning up as well.

A friend recommended Michael & Son. I'd contacted three other electricians and no one ever called me back.
