Queen City answered my call this morning and had two technicians at my house within 90 minutes. The technicians, Vinton and Caleb, were young smart professionals and such a pleasure to work with. I had an air conditioner drain stack issue which was solved in no time. I highly recommend this company!

Both times they have been on time, kind, respectful, gave full explanation of the work to be done with detailed breakdown of costs. Texted beforehand with a picture of the tech that was coming so you knew who to expect. We will definitely use them again.

So here's the deal, the techs told us if we gave a good review, we'd receive 10% off. It sounded like a no brainer until our sump pump failed and another company told us we were over charged for a repair that did not solve our problem. Our takeaway is, always get 2nd or 3rd opinions and be wary of special deals.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Diyan and his partner did an amazing job servicing our home after a pipe burst and on another 2 separate occasions for toilet leaks.

From the first visit, his experience and expertise was immediately obvious as he noticed right away that previous contractors had installed the incorrect pressure fittings under our sinks. He detected and fixed the leaks within a couple hours and also outfitted the hot water tank pipes with several temperature barriers after he noticed they could become a safety hazard. He also walked me through the work he completed and explained why he did so.

On another occasion, he replaced our 12” rough in toilets with more appropriate 10” rough ins after they began causing leaks. Diyan and his partner were courteous, explained the problems clearly, were right on schedule, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it.

For those of you that are less than comfortable having technicians come to your house while you are alone, rest assured that the CPM team will give you a call before heading over and send a text with the full name and photo of the technician coming to your location.

I’m very happy with the work that was completed for us. John is a super nice guy and the price for everything we had done was incredible. He was very prompt and did an amazing job getting our water heater up to code that the gas company did not take the time to do on our last water heater. If you need plumbing work this guy is definitely the person you need to call. I know I will be using him for anything we may have again

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

We had a plumbing emergency this weekend (broken water pipe in our yard) and I am so glad I called ER Plumbing! Mike W came right out and was able to fix the issue quickly while giving us sound advice along the way. He was very honest and upfront and just made the whole situation so much better! I will definitely be recommending ER Plumbing and giving them a call in the future if the need arises!

I had contacted Michael and son at around 12pm to install a wall outlet for a TV I was mounting. I received a confirmation call within 15 minutes and a technician was at my front door within 30 minutes. The installation was quick, easy and up front. The technician was very friendly and thorough and explained everything, he completed the install and cleaned up after himself. I ended up signing up for the home care program as well after it was explained to me. I highly recommend Michael and son. 10/10 will use again in the future.

Our water line busted last night during to the age of the pipes and flooded our basement. Zack came within an hour of me speaking with him and took care of everything! He did a great job and we will definitely call them for any plumbing issues!
