The company responded immediately to our request for an estimate to repair or replace a water heater. Adam provided the estimate with a detailed explanation of the cost and process. The cost was reasonable which combined with Adam’s professional demeanor was enough for us to move forward. As promised the installation team arrived within 4 hours of completed the installation within 4 hours. The installation team was prompt, professional, cleaned up after the work was completed, took the defective unit and explained the operation, warranty and cost. It was a pleasure working with them, the cost was reasonable with excellent value.

My outside faucet was leaking. I wanted it replaced since another plumber has already replaced washers. Solomon, a technician with Wyattworks was here within an hour. He was extremely professional and polite. He explained the different faucets and the cost to install each. He told me exactly what he would have to do to install it. I was very pleased with his work and the cost. I would highly recommend Solomon to any of my family and friends. Thank you Wyattworks Plumbing for sending someone so quickly.

I was extremely pleased with the service I got from Mr Rooter. David (who took my call and did the dispatching) and the technician who arrived on-site were great re: communication. The tech walked me through the estimate and got right to work when I agreed to have him fix the very clogged drain. He even knocked out one or two very minor repairs that he noticed could be done while working through the major project. I appreciate Mr Rooter and would absolutely use them again.

This company is very responsive and really knows their stuff. I had an issue that wasn't urgent but I needed fixed in order to cook. They fit me in the very next morning. I was so excited. Other companies told me next week! They were here on time and did a great job. They even checked on a couple other things for me since they were here. I highly recommend!

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

Outstanding service from Will. He is an excellent communicator and clearly explained all aspects of our service. We needed to replace a leaking water service line. He and his assistant took exceptional care to limit disruption of our yard, including removing a large shrub and allowing us to assist in the replanting.
