Best Gas Leak in Charlotte NC

I had a job that Justin the owner took on in 7/15. They did a reasonable job. He had used a lockbox to access the house which stored the key.He finished the job I paid in full immediately with out inspecting. Went to the house and discovered the key was missing from the lockbox. Called him several times with no reply. Finally talked with him which he confirmed he still had the house key. Over a month later I still have not received the key. He will not return my call.Update on 9/16/15 I did receive the house key via US mail. Over two months later after the job was completed. His explanation: He had been very busy.

Mr. Rooter provided professional, quality service on a huge water leak which could be neither identified or resolved by two other plumbing companies. The owner, William, was available and helpful with issues ranging from preventative maintenance advice to working with Charlotte Water to get a partial refund for the extremely high water bills caused by the leak, which Mr. Rooter's technician found quickly. The Head Technician Matt was honest and capable, discovered the leak in a matter of minutes and gave excellent advice. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Option One Plumbing! One word that immediately comes to mind is integrity.

From the my first interaction with their scheduler, I felt like they really cared and were trying to do right by me, the customer. They were patient and responsive. They initially scheduled me for a 5-7 PM time slot on a Saturday evening, which I was thankful for. They called me twice that afternoon to let me know that things were running a bit behind schedule, and I appreciated their updates.

Also, when it became clear that the tech wouldn't be able to arrive until after 7 PM, they gave me the option of either having the tech arrive after 7 PM or first thing Sunday morning. I really appreciated that as well and opted for Saturday night.

Ted, the friendly and talkative tech, arrived after what must have been a long day but was professional and positive. In less than an hour, he reset the tankless hot water heater, spent time explaining the system and how to troubleshoot a few things, and was very clear that he would be back if the problem was not fixed. The total cost for the visit was the $99 fee I had been quoted from the beginning with no additional fees. At no point did he try to sell me something I didn't need.

Option One has earned my trust, and I will definitely look to them in the future for plumbing and water heater issues.

My husband called AAA City Plumbing to fix a leaky outdoor faucet. Shane came out to check the problem and was wonderful! He took the time to explain to me what was going on and what he was doing to identify the leak. He quickly discovered that the frost proof pipe had frozen and burst. He was quick and efficient with repairing the faucet. I would definitely recommend AAA City Plumbing!

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.
