I am very pleased with Option One Plumbing, which handle a Saturday service call. Company is highly responsive, professional and offers fair prices. Tim quickly assessed the cause and location of our clogged kitchen drainpipe. Our 60-year old house has old pipes that required some extra effort to clean, and Tim handled the job with professionalism and a great attitude. He also clearly explained how reworking/ replacing some of the piping could mitigate future issues and quoted the job without any pressure. I highly recommend Tim and Option One Plumbing and will definitely use them again!

These guys are TRULY wonderful. I was having an issue with gnats in my drains and they came out immediately and helped me out. They were incredibly professional (as always) and felt as though they had my best interest in mind to help me. I am a single female so sometimes it is tough to not understand what I need in the blue collar world and these guys are always there to help and save me! I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and quick work. The manager, David, was a doll and the owner Dean even helped me out! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

I was happy with the work performed but I think the service is way overpriced. Had a toilet reseated and it was over $700, a couple hundred of it was even for travel time for the tech to get a part not on his truck.

Recently did some repair work at my home with a leak and various troubleshooting. The work became more complicated than originally projected and our 2 techs and the company as a whole handled everything extremely professionally, going above and beyond to support our needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

I had more than one problem to be taken care of and everything was explained in a very professional and easy to understand way. All the work was completed and everything is working great. Tony with Bliss Plumbing was great! He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous . He was able to diagnose our faucet and disposal issue very quickly. He also did a great job on the install of both disposal and faucet. I would highly recommend Tony and Bliss Plumbing!

Our well quit working at a very inconvenient time - I was in the middle of showering! After googling a few places and leaving messages and getting no responses, a neighbor suggested Ritchie Plumbing so I gave him a call. He answered my call and was able to get to my house within a few hours. The job turned out to be more work than expected, but he had everything he needed and was able to complete the job very quickly. He is also a super nice, very professional guy! He was very patient and knowledgeable. We are pleased with the work he did and will definitely use him again if the need arises. We highly recommend Ritchie Plumbing!!!!

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

We called Carolina Plumbing Pros at noon and they came out 3 hours later and fixed our clogged drain. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

I had an emergency on a Sunday and my regular plumber said it would be 2 weeks before they could get to me. Then I started calling around and someone recommended King Plumbing. I called and left a message. Drew called me back immediately. Within the hour, Clay was here and cleaned out the clog in the pipes. I highly recommend King Plumbing and they will be my “go to” plumber in the future.

I had the main water valve go bad!! It had a high pitched whistle every time we turned on the water!! We called a local big name plumbing co, and they told us we had to replace our water heater for up to $5000!!! I called Presidential Plumbing and Gary responded in 1 hour and correctly diagnosed our problem as the water valve and fixed it in 20 minutes for $325!!!!! Great job!!!

Fatman Plumbing was great! So we had BRIAN WILSON today at our home, we had him install an Insinkerator Quiet series and a Reverse osmosis system which was VERY affordable, he was an awesome guy, good to talk too, and explained the process, he brought all of his tools, had everything he needed besides one thing and he let us know immediately. The job was completed and is awesome, works great, I and my Mrs couldnt be happier

I'm converting my 4 bed/2.5 bath home into a rental unit pending a relocation. I originally found RYN Services through the Home Depot Pro contractors services, and initially needed a small section of fencing replaced. Most handyman services or fence companies did not treat this job seriously, as it may not have reached the minimum work threshold they require for an on-site quote. RYN Services and their project manager, Lawrence Hall, were the only one of four who actually took the time to visit the home to provide a quote. Conversations with Lawrence evolved, as he made me aware of the full suite of services RYN provides Re.: rental properties, the scope of the job grew to include interior painting, replacement of three toilets, the new fencing and other items. Although there was some initial quality issues with their fence sub-contractor, Lawrence and RYN came through and completed the job to my satisfaction. I would hire RYN Services again, and Lawrence Hall in particular.

Absolutely recommended. Chip was great and we will definitely call upon this team again if needed. Great customer service. Thanks for everything.
