I am a widow and I first called Roto Rooter. The guy tried to take advantage of me financially. Extremely bad. I later called Queen City Plumbing and they sent a very nice plumber by the name of Cory McCree. This gentleman was punctual and very honest. I really appreciate that not all people are dishonest. He fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate and was very courteous. Company’s need to appreciate employees like Cory because that is what generates repeat customers. Thank you very much.

Had to remove and replace water valve to dishwasher line. Adam is the best! We ask for him whenever we call. He takes care of business quickly. I highly recommend this plumbing service!

Customer service was good but got charged outrageously. It wasn't an emergency service and made an appointment. Got charged $540 for a less than $50 part I could have bought. Service guy showed up at 8AM and was finished by 8:40 AM. So not even a hour worth of labor. My mom doesn't speak English very well and I was here to help with translating. We feel like we got taken advantage of. Should have shopped around for a better quote. Not impressed with the amount they charged us. Granted they gave us a $30 dollar off coupon but still upset about the up charge for the part. Can't give zero stars. The plumber was friendly so I gave a star. Posted photos of the invoice, the part that was installed, and a quick search on the same part.

Marty is the man - he came to our house on an emergency call and didn't leave until the job was done right. He also helped us get our hot water heater replaced in a timely and professional manner. 5 Stars for this guy and his company. Thank you Marty.

Had a slow drain kitchen sink other plumber came to clear, instead of clearing the drain they clogged it up completely and said I had to get expensive hydro jet done , Mr. Rooter came and checked it out and had it completely cleared in 30 minutes with out having to get expensive hydro jet. They cleaned up and left me very happy.

Daniel worked diligently and did a great job replacing a broken sewage line in my front yard.

Had a minor leak under my kitchen sink. I was able to request repairs online and book an appointment for first thing the next day. Porsche explained the pricing structure very well on the telephone. Richard arrived on time and quickly and efficiently fixed my problem. Very pleased.

John Bird (63) came out to my home last Friday. He was prompt, courteous, and able to assess the situation with the plumbing issue in my laundry room quickly. He went above an beyond even draining my washer out so I didn't have water just sitting in it for a week while waiting on the pipes to thaw. I will utilize this company again for any future needs.

The rates were much more reasonable than another recommended company and these guys were faster and more efficient with their time while in my home. I didn't have any doubts in the quality of work and what needed to be done was completed faster than estimated, which is also a nice surprise. Used this company twice for two different plumbing issues and have gotten courteous and transparent service both times. Bill came out to exactly to what was quoted. One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work. Hopefully no more plumbing issues for me but I know I can always count on these guys to help out.

I had a slow draining septic line out to the road. After inspecting the line Stan found that the leak was actually at the road. He called the city and said it was an emergency. they camE out and asked him too PROVE where the back up was. So he removed the toilet for the second time and fished the camera down the line with the radio signal. He proved to them At was not in MY line, but in the road. He waited there for them and then had them agree to fix the problem as well as install a clean out. Stan went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. He spoke to the city one my behalf and knew what he was doing. Hats off to STAN AND ROTO ROUTER!!
