Literally you won't find a better service than Julian's! Very professional, quick, efficient, and friendly! Even my dog loved him! They have done work for me at my home and business! Each time, I felt like part of the family! I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed!

As a General Manager, I rely on Queen City when I have a plumbing issue. Lord knows, I don't know anything about pipes and plumbing. Fernando has been to the property a couple of times, but today he really showed me what Queen City Plumbing can do! Fernando was fast and explained to me everything he was doing before he had to turn water off. I asked him toilet issue questions I had that didn't have anything to do with why he came today and he answered them and even looked into it for me. He is a great worker and I always love when they send him because I know the job is going to get done and at a reasonable time.

At first my husband and I thought we might need a water heater replaced. However, it turns out the expansion tank needed replaced. Anthony Allison was amazing! He knew right away what needed to be done and had us fixed by noon. Very personable, knowlegable, and efficient. The cost for this fast repair was amazingly comfortable. Next time we have a plumbing issue, this is who I want back in our home, hands down!

Jeremy was awesome! This is the second time we have used Wyatt Works. Both times they have been on time, kind, respectful, gave full explanation of the work to be done with detailed breakdown of costs. Texted beforehand with a picture of the tech that was coming so you knew who to expect. We will definitely use them again.

Charlotte Plumbing came out to look at our low water pressure issue. Josh was fantastic! He took the time to look at our current water pressure inside our home and talk about what might be going on. The solution was to replace our pressure reducing valve. He explained what would happen and did not pressure me in to doing anything. Our water pressure went from horrible to awesome instantly. Josh was very professional and easy to work with. I plan on using Charlotte Plumbing again in the future.

We needed to have our buried corrugated drains from our downspouts cleared and we contacted Rapid-Rooter because our regular plumber recommended them. I spoke with them several times on the phone to discuss our issue and I really felt like they cared about providing the right solution. TJ and John were our service technicians. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quickly assessed how to address our slow/blocked drains. They completed the work within an hour and we now have free-flowing downspout drains!! I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

We had a clogged to toilet at our home. Our warranty suggested Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Our technician Jordan Johnson came out and took care of the situation. He worked for a good hour and a half! Thank you guys for your help. We definitely will be using you guys again with any plumbing issues!

Jeremiah at IRV provided us with outstanding high quality service getting our hot water heater running and addressing other plumbing issues during a critical time (over the Christmas holidays rescuing us from issues that could have really put a damper on the season). He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was also super patience with all of my questions and just a joy to work with!!! I have extremely high expectations and Jeremiah met them when so many others have not.
