We had an emergency situation and Adam came out very quickly. Though the problem was quickly resolved he made us feel very comfortable with the outcome. He gave us knowledge on other plumbing concerns in our home. He was very professional and responsive. He is definitely our plumber from now on!!

Dustin was really professional. He helped me figured out each one of the problems I had and gave me a resolution for each one. He took the time to walk me through the entire process, explained everything and was very professional and friendly!

We used AAA City Plumbing to install our gas stove. After multiple failed attempts from the Lowes installation service, we ended up calling AAA City Plumbing and our Tech was able to disconnect the old stove and install the new stove with no issues at all. They were even able to come out the same day we called. We were so happy with our experience with Stephan and Ian and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Brett and Eric did an amazing job. Our water heater kicked the bucket at 8pm on Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Brett was fast to respond and give a quote. They did a great job, a beautiful installation, very professional, and had me up and running in an hour and a half on black friday. Will definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs. The guys were super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

I have used Bliss plumbing for multiple years and always had a good experience. The biggest thing I like about them is that they charge a fair amount and don’t try and scare you into doing 10 other things you really don’t need. I had Jessie most recently and he was great. Knew his stuff, worked quickly, and explained everything before he did it.

**UPDATE** In response to Robet's reply..... Thetech never mentioned calling the manufacture and also never told me that he was able to get the valve back on. I took Roberts advice, called the manufacturer and they weren't able to confirm that a call had been made. The addition of an expansion tank and drip valve are NOT required by code in NC or SC as part of a retro-fit they are required in NC for new construction, my property is in SC. Call code enforcement and ask your self. IVR continues to lie and use scare tactics DO NOT hire these people.They LIED to me.....IVR recently installed a complete A/C and furnace system in a rental property I own with my wife. Although I hated to spend the $ I was happy with the service and work they provided.That all changed when I called them 2 weeks later after our tenant complained of a lack of hot water, I called IRV to investigate. Later that night they called back with their diagnosis. I was told that the unit (2 years old) needed a new gas control valve AND that they also were required to get the unit up to code by installing an expansion tank, sediment trap and additional pipe insulation.I was surprised by the code requirements being that the unit is fairly new and questioned the tech. He 1st assured me that NC absolutely requires the additional work. I reminded him that the property was in SC and he then was sure that it was also required in SC too, even offering to send me the specific code language.The next morning when the code didn't arrive I grew more specious and called code in enforcement in SC & NC in an attempt to verify, they both confirmed that there is NO code requirement for IVR's repairs.Next I told IRV that I had lost trust in them and ask them to meet me at the property, thats when we able to confirm that in fact NO repair was needed after all.To summarize IRV failed to test the issue, then LIED about code requirements claiming that $721 in repairs were need when in fact the unit is in working order and with in all code requirements.Do not trust them and if you do decide to call the absolutely get a 2nd opinion.

I wish every home maintenance experience could be this easy! Eddie and Lee were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They were very respectful of my home, which I appreciate. They worked separately, installing one toilet each, and it seemed like they got it done in no time at all. They even removed the packing materials from the new toilets, which I had purchased on my own. I chatted with Eddie about replacing my water heater and he gave me advice and a quote. I'll definitely be calling McCoy Plumbing whenever I need plumbing work done.

The woman I spoke with on the phone (Mary Jane?) was helpful and pleasant too. An all-round excellent experience.
