I LOVE working with these guys. They're super-professional, efficient and respectful of my time, and they keep the business in the family, which I love. And LOCAL. Love that, too. They are chock full of knowledge and are very candid in their estimates and work required to get the job done. I couldn't be more pleased with the install they did for my gas stove. Any time I have a plumbing issue, I call ONE number and they're it. And those CROCS, y'all. A+ service, highest possible recommendation.

I have used a number of contractors and trades over the last few months while renovating two bathrooms. While it wasn't a large job, Jeff from Queen City Plumbing did a great job. I contacted the company for two items and they were punctual, courteous, and went above and beyond. I would definitely use them again. Happy to find a company that does things the right way.

I have had some challenges with my water pipes at my home... The story goes that we were blessed with a batch from 2007 that were defective. The issue has been very painful to manage. Our home suffered a burst 1.5 years ago being the first of many to date. Charlotte plumbing has been there to help each and every time we have experienced an issue. All of their employees are experts and extremely thorough. Needless to say, we have had several occasions when we were without water due to yet another sprung leak in the pipes in our crawl space. I called on Charlotte Plumbing and no matter what they are here the same day and in a couple of occasions the SAME HOUR! You can't beat them. Trusted service, fair pricing, honest-good-old boy kind of people. Do not hesitate, you can trust these guys.

The staff and management were very friendly, communicated properly and effectively, highly professional, and did a superior job. It was a very pleasant situation working with this company and it’s staff during a very unfortunate time considering the circumstances. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and it’s staff on any job!

The first trip we paid Chris $53.09 for coming out to diagnose. I wanted the water heater replaced, but Chris said the burner is not working and it should be ok if the burner is replaced. Today the second trip Chris said the new burner that he ordered may be not working or there may be some other underlying problems. He suggests we replace the whole water heater. We still need pay him the trip fee and one hour labor fee which is $160.43. It is not fair for us to pay this money when nothing is done. We are very disappointed at this company and will not hire again.

Bret has always been on time for his jobs and given me honest prices. The quality of the work exceeds anyone out there. I do not use anyone else

Mike Hallman of Roto-Rooter (Charlotte) just left my home after tackling a somewhat complicated plumbing problem. This guy is so professional and even helped with another problem I had. Mike was explaining everything along the way. If I ever have anymore problems he will be the first guy I call, but the work was so good it will be a very long time before I need him again. Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

John is awesomeness thank you John for assisting my elder mother with her plumbing issues and taking the time to explain what is the best way to resolve the issue, and for the laughs, you are such a special soul. Bliss came out to clean our tankless water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that I was on work calls, and located the heater and began work on their own. They were timely and arrived within the window. Generously they upgraded our cleaning to the deep clean free of charge! I’d 100% use them again!!

Shane was very professional and took the time to answer my questions. He went above and beyond which is rare these days and very appreciated.

Used this company twice for two different plumbing issues and have gotten courteous and transparent service both times. Bill came out to exactly to what was quoted. One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work. Hopefully no more plumbing issues for me but I know I can always count on these guys to help out.
