The plumbing issue we had is one I’m sure every first time homeowner who purchases an old but beautiful home experiences. Backed up toilets and showers, clogged pipes leading to emergency. Dave came out and diagnosed our problem and gave use clear solutions. When we scheduled the work to be done Dave, Joe, and their team came out and took care of us. They did the work we requested and more. They made sure we were aware of issues that we could face in the future, giving us helpful information so we could make the best choices for our wallet and home. I am a happy customer. Honestly beyond happy.

We discovered our garage disposal leaking on Sunday night; the next day we contacted Wyattworks and by Tuesday afternoon a plumbing service expert was at our house. The service expert was friendly and experienced. We appreciated the swift response and expert installation. We are very pleased with the work performed and would recommend them to our neighbors.

We've used Charlotte Plumbing twice. Once to replace a leaking water heater and another time to relocate a natural gas line. The owner thoroughly explained what each job entails over the phone. They showed up right on time and cleaned the jobsite when they were done. Their prices are competitive. They are awesome and we will definitely be using them again!

I have brought in Mr. Rooter for a few of our customer plumbing needs. The techs are always professional, thorough, and honest, showing where the problem is even if it is not a plumbing issue they can charge to fix. David, who answers the phone and schedules the appointments, is the epitome of courtesy, customer service, professionalism, and communication. After taking down all relevant information, I will usually hear back within several minutes with all the details of the scheduled service call. The repairs are always thorough and the prices are fair. I will always refer Mr. Rooter to my clients.

Joe and lee replaced my toilet. They were very professional but friendly. Gave me a clear explanation as to what they had to do and I was very satisfied with their service.

I will definitely use AAA City Plumbing again. I had a main pipe leak and no water. I was able to get same day service thanks to Toshi who was willing to work Saturday emergency call and he arrived immediately and did an awesome job in repairing the leak and restoring the water. TJ was very helpful. He was on time and very professional. The broke down what was going on and gave me a couple of salutation on how to keep it from happening again.

Brett did a great job at giving a good price and installing my water heater pretty fast. Brett and Eric were great at installing my tankless water heater and they also did work on my second home down the street in the same day. It was a great experience from calling and getting a price all the way to Brett showing up for the county inspection. I would recommend him and Eric as they have a vast amount of experience and outstanding customer service skills.

Brett and Eric were able to answer every single question I had about plumbing issues that I had at my second home and about the tankless install. I could tell how much experience he had when the inspector for the permits did his inspection and was asking questions and you could just tell he has been doing this for years and providing great quality service. If your looking for a great price and outstanding service I would go with All Hours Plumbing!

All I wanted was the backflow to my irrigation tested... I called and spoke to someone, they said they couldn't give me a price, but the technician would. I then received a call from the dispatcher, who I also asked for a price with no success, but the optismist side of me said it go ahead and set up an appointment. It couldn't be THAT overpriced. Boy was I wrong. So the technician finally shows up, smoking a cigarette and quite startled when I walked outside to greet him. I asked the price.. ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS FOR A BACKFLOW TEST?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I told him to leave, made another call, backflow got tested the next day for $50. The only thing I can think of is the company thinks that by not providing a price until the tech arrives, the home owner will feel guilty and let them do the work to avoid awkwardness, which I think is horrible and will not be calling roto-rooter for anything in the future.TLDR: Do not use this company for backflow testing. Wasn't told a price until they arrived at house and it was 3x as much as other places.

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

Michael the tech. who serviced our plumbing issue was excellent. He called ahead to give me an ETA along with a picture to validate his identity. Michael resolved the water leak we had coming from our master bathroom shower. He was professional in putting down plastic and a catch cloth to protect our flooring from any debris. I have nothing but praise for Michael and Charlotte Plumbing Masters.
