Marty came to my house today and walked me through the issues I was having withy shower valve. I had another company come out and quote a huge amount and Marty was able to rebuild my shower valve and charge me less than half the price the other company was. Marty was punctual and knowledgeable and extremely professional. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing, and especially request Marty to come out to my house for any future plumbing needs. This is my second time calling Charlotte Plumbing Masters for work at my home. Both times, the technicians arrived on-time. If they can get there earlier they will call you and let you know that they are on there way. They come in covid ready with masks and booties and get right to the problem. They spoke with my home warranty company, got the approval and did the job on the spot. The technicians were neat and clean with their work. I have since recommended them to a client of mine.

I wish every home maintenance experience could be this easy! Eddie and Lee were friendly and professional. They arrived on time and performed the work quickly and cleanly. They were very respectful of my home, which I appreciate. They worked separately, installing one toilet each, and it seemed like they got it done in no time at all. They even removed the packing materials from the new toilets, which I had purchased on my own. I chatted with Eddie about replacing my water heater and he gave me advice and a quote. John at pathmaker plumbing did great work in replacing a leaky faucet and an old rusty garbage disposal unit under my kitchen sink. Very professional and friendly. He even told me plenty of information that helped me determine how to take care of my plumbing in the future. You want quality, great service, and your questions answered? I had a sewage smell in my house and called ER plumbing to find out where it came from. They sent Jeff Malone and he said it was a challenge but assured me he would be able to find the source and fix it. He came back and did smoke tests and determined it was coming from under the slab. He came back and found the source and repaired it. His work entailed many smoke tests, digging up the slab and repairing the pipes. He was very methodical in determining where the smell was coming from, testing many times and narrowing it down. It was not an easy job finding the source of the smell. He and his partner, Steve worked so hard the 2 times they came out and were so pleasant and reassuring and put me at ease about the work. I would highly recommend ER Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work. I am happy that I called ER Plumbing and that Jeff and Steve did the work on my house. Thank You.
