If you need your house re-piped or a water softener installed, Queen City Plumbing is the one to call! My first impression was Imani, the dispatcher, she displayed exceptional phone etiquette and made me feel like I was their only call of the day. This was a big job that took 2 days with 2 technicians to complete.The technicians, Vinton & Jason, were professional, courteous and the quality of their work was excellent! They arrived on time, came prepared, never complained and answered all my questions. They even cleaned up the dust/debris both days before leaving.Overall, this company exceeded my expectations!! I will definitely use Queen City Plumbing again!

This place is hit or miss. On our first service call the plumber was fantastic. He was super knowledgeable and didn't try and sell us things we didn't need. However, I called back a year later and got the exact opposite experience. The plumber didn't talk or explain thing at all and was recommending the most expensive fix without any real explanation.

Marty’s expertise was exceptional. Consulted on water flow through out house. Did work day before holiday and worked within our schedule and still got job completed in less than expected time. Would recommend for any plumbing job size.

I cannot possibly recommend All Hours Plumbing any higher. Brett did exactly as he said in a timely manner for a great price. I only interacted with him over the phone and he was always very courteous. He kept my renters happy by getting the job done right and well. I am in the military and 400 miles away and I don't need the stress of worrying whether or not plumbing will get fixed correctly. Brett has now eased any stress that could come up as a result of managing a rental property from so far away. Talking to another trusted plumber(that is too far away to do the work), Brett met all the qualifications and the price range for the job and I couldn't be happier. He is my permanent plumber for any future work that I need done.

Technicians (Luke and Shaomari) jetted our gutters and ran cameras through our drain pipes. They were very professional and knowledgable. They explained things as we went along and answered our MANY questions. They went above and beyond what was expected.

I was doing a small kitchen Reno and needed help moving a sink drain so I got multiple quotes from local plumbers and Dustin with all about the pipes was definitely the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. His quote was very fair for the work requested. Dustin also came the day of the work to make sure everything went smoothly. I have already scheduled to use them again!

We were referred to them by our home warranty company. They were out here the next day, on time, and courteous. We ended up replacing our garbage disposal and kitchen sink facet. He had to run out to the store for the equipment but always let me know what he was doing and seemed to do it expeditiously. Everything looks great! I have had no issues and would recommend.

My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems
