Both sides of my kitchen sink were stopped up on the Saturday morning before the weather was supposed to turn very nasty. I called Julian's Plumbing and Jason worked me in to an already full morning. The service was terrific - I not only got my drain fixed but have found a plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Paul Dakota & comorey were at my home to correct a leak in my main water line. They could have rushed through their work and damaged my irrigation, landscaping, etc. instead, they navigated around them and minimized the damage. We were shocked they completed such extensive work w such precision. Lastly, they took the time to answer our questions and educate us. ‘Turned a negative into a positive.

Kim K was very professional. Called ahead of time prior to the scheduled appointment. After he arrived, he quickly assessed plumbing issue and provided fix. I rank Kim an 11 on a scale from 1 to 10. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Our water heater stopped working and within 24 hours Wyatt Works Plumbing was able to access and fix the situation. We were given several options and quotes which were all reasonable. Our service technician, Jeremy was top notched. He came out and was able to repair our water heater in under 2 hours. Jeremy was professional and honest (no added fees or pushy sales antics). These guys are great. Replaced an old 50 gallon water heater quickly and professionally. Several months after installation, there was a minor manufacturer issue that was quickly addressed and fixed. Brett was great at communicating updates and scheduling services. Give these guys a call.

Dennis (4908) came out and was very helpful. Rotorooter came very timely and had an awesome turnaround. I had been told by another company that I should call them to get a high pressure cleaning. However, with Dennis's expertise he was able to fix the problem and save us money. There was no charge for a quote. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for your business.

Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster! Bliss was asked to come out & within the first few hours, the owner was able to provide me a solution. He was thorough with the process & that it would take two total trips. Great news is that I could use my tub same day with great improvement. What we uncovered is that during the construction of our home, the bathtub was full of debris. Not only was he able to clear the line but replace the drain, we are happy campers! Recommending Bliss Plumbing to our local family and colleagues; as well as continuing to patron their business in the future!

They started out nice and responsive, but then billed me to come out to fix their own work and tried to spin it that is was a mere coincidence that the pipe just happen to spring a new leak at the connector within inches of the leak they were working on. I cannot suspend reality to buy that argument and I would never use this company again.

I needed a water shut off valve replaced. They were available the same day. Pricey but he did excellent work and I needed the issue resolved.

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.
