This is the second time I’ve called Queen City to come out and look at my HVAC system. Each time they have been nothing but friendly and helpful finding the issue and fixing it the same day, highly recommended!

Had a great experience today with Benjamin Franklin plumber Matthew Famularo. He was very polite, took off his shoes, gave me service options, was not pushy or tried the hard sell. He was very personable and I enjoyed talking with him. When I decided what work to have done, he did it efficiently and quickly and cleaned up after doing the job. Best experience I have had with a plumber. Ask for Matthew if you use Ben Franklin Plumbing!

This is the first time I've used the company. They were fantastic from the time I initially called all the way through completion of the repair. They were able to fix our toilets that same day, which was fantastic. The technician was on time and called to discuss the repairs. I would highly recommend this company.

Our garbage disposal got super jammed. Josh came the morning after we put in our late night request and fixed it super quickly. Was super informative about everything he was doing and how to prevent it from happening again. 10/10 recommend.

We called on Mr.Rooter for a sewer main backup emergency on a Sunday. The entire service process went very well, they responded promptly and communicated the arrival time. Travis the service technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We are pleased and will call again (hopefully not too often).

Scott showed up early which was great. He was extremely thorough, checking multiple areas (shower, tub, hot water heaters, toilet, water pressure, etc.) to identify where the leak was that was showing up in my breakfast area ceiling.

He did not try to upsell me but did provide some information on areas that I may want to consider in the future. He took the time to explain several options as well as their philosophy.

He also gave me some advice on how to cover the stain in the ceiling temporarily since I am having a major event in a few weeks and did not want to undertake a major project which could be disruptive to the area.

Very approachable and a real delight to chat with!

This company is amazing, and probably the best if you want a real plumber. I work for a restoration company and good plumbers are hard to find. They gave us a time frame; I was honestly expecting 2-3 hours later, considering it was 8PM and that's how majority of plumbers are. No, they gave us a 9PM time and sent out a tech, on time, that diagnosed and found the problem right away. Our technician, Chris Jones, was professional, respectful, and like I said, found the problem right away. Very happy to have gotten Chris as our technician.

The technician Eric and the owner were fantastic to deal with. When no other local plumbers would give me the time of day, All Hours Plumbing were literally at our house in an hour after my call. They diagnosed the problem with our fairly new water heater and were able to coordinate the warranty replacement with the manufacturer and a local parts supplier. The work itself was done in under an hour and the install was clean and efficient. Really good guys, definitely folks you want to trust with your plumbing work. Thank you guys!

Finished the job above and beyond, with knowledge and skill. Our service men (Sergiy 7775 and Tony 2933) were very professional and we felt comfortable and trusted them.

Rand was the technician that came out to install a hot water heater I purchased from lowes. He explained EVERY step of what need to be done from removal of original unit, bring everything up to current code (house was built in 2002 & copper pipes), & install of new unit & how the price(s) of copper has gone up. VERY VERY professional work & VERY VERY pleased. Looks better than the original work that was done. Rand is VERY VERY professional & polite. My daughter LOVED him & is is 1 TOUGH cookie at 6. Service was a 10 out of 10. The Technician was very Knowledgeable and got the job done. He truly represented this company with his outstanding & award wining performance and professionalism.

Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.
