Rapid Rooter was recommended to us by a neighbor when our pipes froze. TJ came out and quickly figured out the problem, how to fix it and prevent future issues. Very reasonable rates, too!

Called Roto-Rooter to clear a blocked storm drain. A Service Technician came within 2 hours. Before that, their office called to inform us he was on the way: very efficient. Technician (TJ) gave us a fixed price, which we agreed. He tried pressure hose from both inlet and outlet, then snake to clear the blockage, without success. Put dye into the pipe and left it overnight. Came back early next morning to see if dye-colored water was flowing from the pipe outlet (it was not). Used camera from both ends and found blockage. Identified site and depth of blockage (probably collapsed pipe) but unable to clear it. Even though we were disappointed the blockage could not be cleared, TJ identified the problem and is working with us on a proposal for next steps to correct the problem. Overall we were very impressed with the efficient and prompt response and service, and the professionalism and dedication of TJ. We totally recommend Roto-Rooter.

Moved to a house with unknown plumbing problems popping up - Osborne Plumbing was very kind and helpful on the initial call, and Chris came out the next day to assess and talk us through the problems and options for moving forward. Just finished the repair with Fredrik and Randy. The communication, professionalism, and quality of work is fantastic.

Had a sudden major blockage issue, toilets overflowing, everything drained into tub, washing machine, sinks, called Zoom. Excellent customer service experience, instant answers from chat, courteous and prompt. Duane came out and worked diligently and next morning he and Jason came back to finish, fixed it all and got to the issue. Highly recommend Zoom for emergency sewage issues any day.

Just had a wonderful experience with these gentlemen.I called and they picked up immediately (I called 3 other 5-star plumbers before calling them who still haven't called me back!). Call them first and you will save a lot of frustration.

They made an appointment for only a few hours later. They were polite, efficient, friendly with my dog, and took care of my emergency issue (broken drain pipe under the sink) as well as several smaller issues in the bathroom (leaky pipe that just needed to be tightened, another pipe that needed to be replaced, etc).

I especially appreciated that they told me that one pipe just needed to be tightened, when I thought it needed to be replaced. After they left, I was so happy with their work that I changed my mind about something that I had planned to DIY - called them and they were still in the neighborhood- they were very nice about being called back and actually fixed it for FREE!

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! So I called this company because I needed my gas stove and dish washer installed after using an electric stove for the last 6 yrs. The guy came out, I explained exactly what I needed and he proceeded to tell me that he needed to go out to his car to write out an estimate. 30 minutes later, he comes back with a $1252 estimate and I'm like, WTH is this. What exactly am I paying you $1200 for? He proceeded to tell me I needed a regulator and a drip line when there was already a regulator on the stove and I'm not sure what the drip line was for. Mind you, there was already a gas line installed in my house, it just wasn't being used. I ended up telling the guy I wasnt going to use his company. To make a long story short, I ended up using a company that charged me less than $300 and thats with tip included. This company really tried to rob me blind.

Josh and David came out today short notice to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. Turns out the faucet was bad, they had it diagnosed and replaced in less than two hours. Highly recommend

Dave is great, knowledgeable and prompt. He has had to help us out twice with drainage issues due to tree roots and handled both experiences in a fast, efficient manner. I recommend calling him.
