Had a disposal installed for a Christmas present and Brian was great! I wanted what thought was one thing but he educated me and told me that it really was overkill and that I’d be wasting my money after he asked me lifestyle cooking on how I would use it. Very professional and even helped me arrange everything back underneath the sink so my bf would never know! Highly recommend them! Thanks!

We have a very poorly installed drain system. The developer actually put angles in one section to get the pipe to connect to the clean out when they subdivided the lot. We either have a crack or the seals weren’t properly glued all those years ago. This is the second time we have had this company out to clear roots out of the line.

Because of the angles Larry had a hard time getting the auger to go through. He kept working and we were to the point where we had consider whether to dog. I told him I was praying and suddenly it went through. He exclaimed “got it”. And just about fell over. I just about hugged him I was so grateful!

We are a medical family on the Covid unit and my nerves are shot. I just can’t handle anything else right now. In the future we will have them dig this up and fix it.

Great service from these guys, good prices, with free estimates up front, and no extra service or emergency fees for late night or weekend (24/7/365). Had a $$ quote from a competitor to replace an entire sewer line, and they were able to unclog it and replace a damaged sewer pump for 1/10th of the cost. Will recommend to others!

I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for “ just part of the invoice for the excavation the detection of the leak and the put back for the cement not the entire invoice”. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn’t generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.

Brian fixed our main tub that wouldn't drain and installed a bidet. He was polite and completed the job timely.

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.

Jason Harmon came to do our spring maintenance check and was extremely thorough and upfront about his inspection. He found a couple minor issues and presented the options for solutions, made the adjustments and did exactly what he said he’d do. He was very professional and friendly. Will absolutely recommend him and the company.

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

Toliny did the electrical for my new kitchen which included combining rooms to enlarge kitchen and replacing the main electrical panel. They were very professional and thorough with the work and I had no problem leaving them to work while I was out of the house. The work was complicated because of the age of the house and they upgraded older wires and brought everything up to code. Overall great experience and good value.

I have a home warranty that uses this plumber. Had an appointment on 12/20 (11-3PM) to which they did not show. We didn’t receive a phone cal or text indicating they wouldn’t show. The next day we get an email from the home warranty company indicating we (not the plumber) cancelled the appointment and the claim would be closed. I suspect they mismanaged their time and to stay in “good standing” with the warranty company, they pointed the finger at us thinking we’d disregard/forget. Leaving this review for others to see and left the same feedback with warranty company.
