Both sides of my kitchen sink were stopped up on the Saturday morning before the weather was supposed to turn very nasty. I called Julian's Plumbing and Jason worked me in to an already full morning. The service was terrific - I not only got my drain fixed but have found a plumber for any future plumbing needs.

Our tech Cory was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very patient and answered many questions we had. We have used Queen City in the past, and will continue to use them. We definitely recommend this company for any plumbing jobs, small or large.

Marty was really knowledgeable and helped me decide if I wanted to buy and install a new sink faucet, how to have the manufacturer send me a new hose, have him return to install new hose once I had it, and showed me how to install the new hose (if I preferred), and getting my leaky faucet that leaked down back into cabinet into usable condition for my family while I wait for the part. My plumbing sucks in my home and I have had 5 incidents from 2017-2021. Mr. Rooter has come to my rescue every time. They do outstanding work. They are honest with the minimum to fix the problem vs extra that can be done to prevent future problems. They always make me feel valued as a loyal customer.

I had to have my well repaired. Several outdated parts were worn out and needed replacement. The ladies taking my call were very polite and got technicians to me in a speedy fashion. The technicians were prompt, courteous, knew what the job entailed and were quite efficient. They showed and explained the parts that needed replacement. Believe I was given a fair price for the job. Would recommend them.

We have a very poorly installed drain system. The developer actually put angles in one section to get the pipe to connect to the clean out when they subdivided the lot. We either have a crack or the seals weren’t properly glued all those years ago. This is the second time we have had this company out to clear roots out of the line.

Because of the angles Larry had a hard time getting the auger to go through. He kept working and we were to the point where we had consider whether to dog. I told him I was praying and suddenly it went through. He exclaimed “got it”. And just about fell over. I just about hugged him I was so grateful!

We are a medical family on the Covid unit and my nerves are shot. I just can’t handle anything else right now. In the future we will have them dig this up and fix it.

Brett and his team really saved my yard and sanity. A pipe burst in my front yard early this week. The first place that came out, Charlotte Plumbing, charged $75 just to come out. They were fine, they gave me options and didnt really push anything on me, but they promised to email me quotes which they never did, and their price was almost a GRAND more than what All Hours quoted me for the same job. All Hours didn't charge anything to come out either, and Brett was really professional, prompt, and honest. He was able to get his crew out and fix my pipe the same day. They definitely have a customer for life.

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

Absolutely the WORST experience in my life! Unfortunately Lowe’s uses this “company” exclusively so after paying $35.00 for just a “detail” visit, at which time it was decided the dishwasher I purchased could be installed they FINALLY got me on the schedule a month later. Since they only work Monday-Friday, I took a vacation day for them to bring my new dishwasher and install it. The guy was over an hour late and when he finally showed up, he took one look at what it would take for the install (my water shut off is under the house), my new dishwasher suddenly developed a hole in the drain line and couldn’t be installed. The guy left and I haven’t seen him since. I ended up having to pay another contractor to pickup and install my dishwasher and since I was out of vacation time, had to pay overtime to have it done on a Saturday. Bliss nor Lowe’s refunded my $35.00 “detail” fee or the $249.00 dollars I paid, upfront, for the install. DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL MOT BE PURCHASING ANYMORE APPLIANCES FROM LOWES AS LONG AS THIS RIP OFF PLUMBER IS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR CHOICE!!!

Can't say enough good things about John Ritchie and his plumbing services. I have been nothing but PLEASED with them from START to FINISH since working with them in the past week.
Our home had original cast iron sewer pipes that had aged and finally began leaking in our basement. We tried for 4 weeks to call well established plumbers in the local area to come out for an estimate...and would only be told that everyone was booked for weeks...that is if they even bothered to return our calls.
After continuing to research, I found Ritchie Plumbing...saw the great reviews he already had...and took my shot. My call was answered immediately, and they came out to do a quote that same day...Free of charge, since we lived in the local Stvl area.
After they left, I already knew that I TRUSTED them to do the work....even before getting the quote....which they already had done up for me by the end of the day. And the pricing was so reasonable, for the work that had to be done!!.
I'm HAPPY to say that a week later....my pipes have been replaced. The job was done within a day....I had a little to zero clean up to do after they left...and the service was so PROFESSIONAL and COURTEOUS. I have HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company to my friends who are looking to have plumbing work done....and I will only use Ritchie Plumbing in the future. I suggest anyone that reads this review do the same, if you want complete satisfactory work for your home!

My water heater started leaking and I called guaranteed plumbing they were very knowledgeable and helpful with fixing our problem they walked us threw every step to get us a new heater I will definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing problems
