I went on home advisor to locate a plumber to fix the flush valve on one toilet. Of all the companies the site offered Benjamin Franklin called me to schedule an appt. This was fine as the scheduler offered to waive the fee for them to come out if I could be available all day (they would fit me in between scheduled appointments). I said no and she changed her tune to a window of 1 to 5. I agreed and received a call from the technician when he was on his way.Now I had read the reviews on this company and excited about getting quality service. The technician arrived as promised and assessed the matter as I outlined and I threw in snaking my drains, as my tubs were at that moment slightly clogged.We sat at my table as he wrote out the quote. The next thing I recall was him handing me the quote and begin to explain to me what needed to be done and the costs associated with the work.To fix the flush valve would cost me $453, this included draining the tank, changing the valve and ring, and changing the bolts holding the tank on the bowl. Huh, say what, on one toilet.Then to snake both tubs and two bathroom sinks would cost me $797, and the cost would go down to $225 if I only wanted one tub done. Huh, say what!My solution, $6.99 on Draino for both tubs, they are now clog free.Went to home depot and purchased a valve for $9.99 and my dad visiting from out of state who was a maintenance engineer for years, put in on in about 5 minutes; toilet flushing like new.Moral of my story, I paid about $20 and didnt get totally screwed by this company.

Tyler did a wonderful job with quick service. We called he was here within 20 mins on a Saturday. We highly recommend Charlotte Plumbing.

It's never easy to pay for a unexpected home repair. However when it does hit your home I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter. William arrived on time located the leak in my water supply line explained every step in the process he was very careful to minimize the damage to my lawn and took steps to clean all the areas he worked in . One top notch outfit!

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

Tony and his colleague Jesse did a wonderful job fixing our under-mount kitchen sink that had detached from the countertop. They were through in completely detaching the sink and all plumbing and then reattaching and sealing correctly, including installing a new garbage disposal. They also completed some minor repairs to two sinks in our primary bathroom. Tony noticed a few other minor plumbing updates to these sinks and repaired them on the same visit - things we may not have otherwise noticed but were great preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues down the road. We would definitely use Bliss Plumbing again!

My 80 year old father had a clogged garbage disposal, and didn’t feel like fooling with it. Their technician quoted him $1,100. Said a wall needed to come out, pipes replaced... it’s a garbage disposal for crying out loud. He ended up doing it himself. Talk about trying to take advantage! Wow!!

I just had these folks do some work for me and they were amazing. Specifically Reggie and Jake- they were quick, did the job done VERY thoroughly and were so friendly. It’s hard to find plumbing contractors that are trustworthy but I finally found them! They will be my go-to people for now on!

The owners provide excellent customer service. They are truly concerned about your issues and work hard to try and resolve them. They are often busy and it's hard to get an appointment, but their professionalism and honest work ethic makes it worth the wait. I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

We needed some plumbing work done in a few areas of our house. The owner was responsive, friendly, and happened to have availability for a quote that day. John and Ben came out to quote and completed the work in the days that followed. They were professional, respectful of my house and left things clean, provided suggestions without feeling pushy, and did great work.
