Best Commercial Service in Charlotte NC

I had a leaking faucet! I called & they came out & said it would require sending for a part-so instead of turning off the water to that faucet, they left it running for almost a week! Unknown to me as I’m elderly & didn’t see it or hear it! It ruined my hardwood floors around my island and underneath my sink! Then they suggested some friends of theirs to come out and do water damage work (drying with big fans etc) & a friend who did hardwood flooring repair! These people are the biggest crooks around - they saw an old lady they could take advantage of & they did! These people should be featured on 60 Minutes!

Josh came by on time. Fixed my problem in no time and taught be a little bit about how the plumbing in my house works. Very friendly and affordable will definitely use again.

I had a horrible experience with them. They sent one of there certified tech to check my pluming and told me some lie not only that still charged me 200 just to tell me a lie. So I called another company and all they did was a simple cleaning and that fixed my problem. I would not recommend this company they don’t know what they are doing and will tell you a lie to collect 200 for them to come. Don’t get ripped off like I did oh and yes of course they don’t say or do anything to assist with this matter

They arrived 20 minutes after the call. Spent 5-10 minutes reviewing the situation, gave a quick quote. Upon agreeing, they fixed all the problems with my washer/dryer leak right away. Highly recommend and i'll use again.

UPDATE: After getting a personal call from the GM (Cody) and having a lengthy discussion, I'm upgrading my review from 2 stars to 4. The reason is his level of customer service. Because he stands so strongly behind his team and values his repeat customers, I can only appreciate the time he took to call and listen to my side of the issue and let me know the changes he's implemented, so a customer can get the service they request regardless to outcome of the issue at hand.

There was some confusion in the background and the techs thought I'd be happy that they didn't waste my money on a job that wasn't going to fix the problem. They didn't realize that I understood this wasn't a fix. I was requesting maintenance to keep my problem at bay until I can afford the fix.

We've scheduled a new maintenance request and I look forward to more business in the future. Thank you Rapid Rooter.

As a repeat customer I'm HIGHLY disappointed in the my latest nonservice request. I say non because they never did the job I scheduled. Once every few years I schedule a main line clean out from the main pipe to the street.

This year I'm not sure what was different (maybe staff changes) but when I scheduled the maintenance the woman on the line seemed a bit perplexed about my request but did schedule the work. The problem was Chris tried to diagnose my issue instead of providing the service I scheduled. He kept trying to sell me the camera down the drain (which I would have paid for in addition to the clean out) and never did the work.

I've been in this house for 14years I know the issues, which is why I scheduled a maintenance clean out to keep my issue from becoming a problem until I get the thousands of dollars to fix it. After Chris diagnosed it and refused to do the clean out (which they've done over the past 12 years) they sent Rick out to give me the estimate on other work. However when I asked yet again if he'd do the clean out, he said they'd call Chris back out. But Chris never returned the woman on the phone says, We'll see if we can do that (meaning the clean out). My response was if you look at my records you'll see that you've done this before so why wouldn't you do it now?

I have full time job and need permission to work from home. Waiting on 2 sets of crews to come out is a bit ridiculous (especially since i raced to work when Chris left, then got a call from RR saying a new crew was coming shortly) so I raced back home to receive no service at all and WASTING a work from home privilege.

Now I have to find another company to service me and ask again to work from home. This doesn't make any sense to me. If the professionals think my maintenance clean out is a waste of time for them, they should consider the fact that it's a service I've bee paying for, for years. If only to humor the customer, it should have been done as no harm can come from it. The just lost my money.

Dustin came as scheduled... which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. Both were exactly as he explained, again surpassing their competitors. We will be calling All About The pipes for all of our future needs!

Robert was great. He was friendly and professional. He fixed an electrical issue with our water heater. He stayed to make sure everything was heating correctly before leaving.

John did a excelent job with our work replacing water cut off valves. Very professional at their work. Finished in a timely manner and friendly.

Jones Plumbing was a referral the first time I used him. He had a very good knowledge of the plumbing problems I had before he started. It didn't take him long to take care of my issues. His charges were reasonable and reminded me if any problems come back he have no problem coming back again. I have recommended him to other friends.

Excellent communication from the very first call to hearing updates during the appointment to hearing findings at the end. I called for help finding any possible leak in a rental condo and someone was able to come within a few hours! He was extremely thorough and persisted to do a complete check. Would definitely call them again!

Replaced a part but didn't fix the problem. Said he'd come back but didn't. Stood me up twice.

ER came out to provide a quote for a tankless water heater, as ours is not keeping up with our hot water needs. Taylor came out and walked through every single step of what the installation would look like, as well as functionality and expectations. He was extremely courteous and professional, and when he left I felt as though he treated our home like his own. He made recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure we had no questions or reservations. Their quote was extremely fair and I didn’t feel that we were being worked over. They are definitely going to be our go-to plumber in the future given the professionalism and courtesy they delivered today.

Very professional. I appreciate the picture they send of the technician showing up. He was very thorough. Ensured everything was working before he left. Provided steps to follow to prevent future issues. (Change filter every 30 days when electric bill comes). Let me know other services they provided without being salesman-like.
