Travis did a good job. Part was going to take two days to come in, but Travis found the part and fixed the problem immediately and prevented a two day delay and my family taking cold showers.

James came out to my business and was probably one of the best experiences I've had with any technician. Punctual, communicative, fast, and clearly knows what he is doing. Also Christina has someone out day of that we called to setup an appointment. Would refer Charlotte Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber for residential or commercial.

My technician, Dustin, tried everything he could to repair my existing tankless water heater in spite of it being 15 years old and having never been serviced. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to fix it but he was able to find a comparable new one and stayed until it was installed and we had hot water again. He was professional, cordial and a pleasure to have at my house. He cleaned up his mess and made sure I was satisfied with the results. Though it was a hefty expense I wasn’t planning on at this time, he was able to help me mitigate some of the cost of it while getting me on a maintenance program to help me prolong the life of my new tankless system. From the lady who called me back to set up the appointment (don’t recall her name) to Dustin that did all the work, I am very pleased with the outcome

I am very pleased with option one. They have done multiple projects for me at my home. Their technician Christopher has always been very professional and does great work. Recently he removed old cast iron piping underneath my house and replaced it with all new PVC piping as well as installing a new 2 way clean out. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for future projects.

Rapid rooter came out quickly to deal with what appeared to be a sewer line backup. The rep found it and said it was close enough to the street for the city to handle saving me some serious cash. He even called them out for me. They were there before he left the neighborhood and he came back to make sure I was taken care of. Incredible customer service and honesty that is not easy to find these days. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. Had them come do a routine flush on my tankless hot water heater that they installed (no issues, works great) and they were fast, answered my questions, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Even installed some new washer connections I had purchased but not yet installed. Perfect, prompt, and great service. That's a win in my book.

Shannon and Adam installed a new water heater, a dishwasher, and practically rebuilt my leaking kitchen sink. It was a tedious job and they were the right men for it! We have used John a number of times. We find him very responsive and creative and consistently goes the extra mile. When we were looking at replacing our second hot water heater, he suggested removing the second hot water heater and using just one. It worked beautifully and saved us a lot of money both for the heater itself and it electric bills. He carries an excellent line of plumbing products that are not found in the big box stores. He replaced a toilet that was constantly getting clogged with a Toto brand toilet. He also replace a broken faucet with the brand he recommended. We couldn’t be happier with our new faucet and toilet. We highly recommend Pathmaker!

Replaced a part but didn't fix the problem. Said he'd come back but didn't. Stood me up twice.

Jeff came out to assess issue we had with an overflowing water heater at the end of Memorial Day weekend. Quoted us on replacement of the heater or installation of tankless heater. We opted to replace the heater and Jeff came back to install it. Grateful for his prompt efficient service and the reasonable cost. Highly recommend ER services to anyone seeking plumbing services.

Dickerson Plumbing and Electrical provided very professional service with their electrician Scott Ewing. Scott was very detailed, and always let me know before he had to turn off the electricity for a short period of time (since I work at home, this is very important) and was very polite (and wore booties) whenever he needed to enter my home. I am very pleased with the quality of service from Dickerson.
