Michael was fantastic. He arrived in the time window specified, was polite and courteous, got right to work on the draining the pipe by snaking it from the attic. He solved the plumbing problem and my family can rest easy. Highly recommend the business and thanks Michael!

We noticed that our water heater was leaking on Sunday. We called after hours and a nice gentleman Mike came out. He advised us that we would need a new water heater. He was very professional he made sure that he gave us every option that was available. He even called and made sure that they could come and install a new one first thing Monday morning. Monday morning Russ Sr and Russ Jr came out. They were both very professional and made fast work of getting our new water heater installed. They made sure that we did not go without water for very long while they installed everything. Andy came out on Thursday of this week and inspected to make sure everything was working as it should be. Andy was also professional about his visit. this is the second time we've had to use Benjamin Franklin to the water heater and I would recommend them to anyone.

Matt from Charlotte Plumbing was great. Came out found the leak and repaired it quickly and efficiently . Matt explained everything to us and gave helpful hints to prevent other issues. I would definitely use Charlotte Plumbing again.

Not pleased with their work. The plumber scratched my new hardwood floors and told his employer that they were already there and he didn’t do it. He lied. He moved and shoved my stove and did not use a professional mat. No one from their company has contacted me to rectify the damage. I would never recommend them to my friends.

Had an emergency on a Sunday evening at 6:00pm. Had a burst pipe on the hot water heater and it was filling the crawlspace with steam and water. Called AAA City Plumbing and got a call back from them in just a few minutes. The person on the line walked me through turning the water off so it would stop leaking until the tech got there. Waide arrived about 45 minutes later. I was very impressed with Waide. He was very friendly and personable and wore a mask the entire time. He fixed my leak in about 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier with the response time, the service and Waide's professionalism and demeanor. He was a joy to have at our home and we will definitely call AAA City Plumbing next time we need a plumber!

Tim Haneline from IRV came out to repair our a/c unit. He did a quick and thorough job and got us up and running in no time. He was very friendly and professional and would recommend him to anybody needing service.
