2: Got an excessive quote for the work that I couldn't validate with expected estimates online so called other plumbers who confirmed the quote was excessively high. Called the office to complain, GM called back very quickly admitted it was an error in pricing. I had to push to get my service fee refunded.

Maybe this was truly a mistake, maybe they were trying to take advantage, but really there is no way to know what they would have done had I accepted their original quote.

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

We have had John Raymond out for two different services: installing a new sump pump, and enlarging our washing machine drain pipe from 2 to 3 to accommodate a HE washing machine. Prices are pretty reasonable, and the service is great. John is on time, friendly and thorough, explains everything, offers options, cleans up, and provides quality service.

IRV came out to my house and did both a plumbing and an electrical job at my house and were super professional and competitively priced. Plumbing job was replacing three outdoor faucets with frost valves and removing and reinstalling a toilet that was missing a bolt in the base. Electrical job was running a new ceiling light fixture and associated switch, and fixing three older switch boxes that were missing grounds and neutrals and ripping up the floor in the attic to wire and run things. I am very happy with the work (my only comment was that I had to re-do the silicon on the base of a toilet they re-installed after repairs because it was messily done...SMALL COMPLAINT TO HAVE FOR THE WORK DONE!) and would recommend them again. Tony, the electrician, worked for hours to troubleshoot a difficult electrical issue (one that I had spent hours pouring over with my amateur electrician skills) and got everything done exactly as I wanted and asked.

Did a great job at a fair price and worked hard to get it done quickly. Highly recommend!

MC COY plumbing is a scam I own a rental property that they claimed they fixed and the call was canceled they billed the association and now I'm dealing with them. Be Aware!

First thing Mr Reggie was on time he found out the problem in a timely manner. Reggie explained what needs to be done and was helpful with the questions I ask. Very professional guy thanks for your help Reggie hopefully u can return to fix our problem. Also Reggie was very respectful to my home I told him he didn’t have to put on those shoe covers but he insisted to wear them very professional company.

Very impressed with the service they provided! Mr. Jones went above and beyond with the amount of work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again.

Update - I have called upon Pathmaker Plumbing several times over the past few years. My home is 60 years old - and parts wear out needed replacement - and building codes and regulations change as well. John Stokes has helped me replace rusted out drain pipes, run water lines, replace toilets and sinks - he has always explained the problem, taken photos of problems in my crawlspace, and given me options in the repair. Today (3/11/19) he has served me well yet again - finding a leak and helping me prepare my home to sell for new owners. He is an honorable, honest, Christian man. He is trustworthy. His work speaks for him. Proverbs 22:29 Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.

When I saw a coupon on Angie's List to buy $75 worth of plumbing work for $25, I knew I was getting a deal. I didn't know that it would be such a pleasure dealing with John Stokes. Plumbing costs can add up in a hurry - each damaged piece reveals another problem that delay and decay have caused. But John allowed me to buy my own replacement sink and pedestal - so I knew how much the parts cost. And I felt he gave me options in the work - to choose how much I wished to put into the project.

I feel Pathmaker Plumbing did an outstanding job - and treated me fairly. When I need more plumbing work, I will call on John again.

Replaced a part but didn't fix the problem. Said he'd come back but didn't. Stood me up twice.

First time using E.R. Services on one of my rental properties, and Josh from E.R. Services knocked it out of the park!!!I was incredibly happy with Josh's analysis of the issue, walking me through the expected solution and potential outcomes and cost if Plan A or B didn't work and that I would be alerted directly if anything should escalate resulting in additional costs.On top of what needed to be done, he went the extra way without asking to fix the little nuance things just because he was there.I'm clearly going to directly ask for Josh going forward on any future call. However, if Josh is any hint of representing the rest of E.R. Services, they are my goto plumbing company from here on out!!!
