I woke Saturday to find my bathroom covered in water. I called 3 places prior to Ben Franklin and was rudely treated. Then I called Ben Franklin and was talked to kindly with great understanding. Then the Gentleman came out to fix my problem. He could not have been nicer. He offered to fix my problem by replacing one part but I insisted on two. He was trying to be money conscious. He was informative and quick. I thought for sure on a Saturday I would pay a fortune but it was very reasonable. I have other issues that I will definitely call them to fix.

On time, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Option One Plumbing! One word that immediately comes to mind is integrity.

From the my first interaction with their scheduler, I felt like they really cared and were trying to do right by me, the customer. They were patient and responsive. They initially scheduled me for a 5-7 PM time slot on a Saturday evening, which I was thankful for. They called me twice that afternoon to let me know that things were running a bit behind schedule, and I appreciated their updates.

Also, when it became clear that the tech wouldn't be able to arrive until after 7 PM, they gave me the option of either having the tech arrive after 7 PM or first thing Sunday morning. I really appreciated that as well and opted for Saturday night.

Ted, the friendly and talkative tech, arrived after what must have been a long day but was professional and positive. In less than an hour, he reset the tankless hot water heater, spent time explaining the system and how to troubleshoot a few things, and was very clear that he would be back if the problem was not fixed. The total cost for the visit was the $99 fee I had been quoted from the beginning with no additional fees. At no point did he try to sell me something I didn't need.

Option One has earned my trust, and I will definitely look to them in the future for plumbing and water heater issues.

Had a septic emergency. I called and had them out the same day. They sent out John whom quickly assessed the issue and got to work. Unfortunately he had to come back the next day to bring a backhoe. John was very professional and proficient in his demeanor the entire time. Poor guy is a germophobe and got #2 on him but handled it like a champ. 10/10 would have John come back out again. As a new homeowner I would not hesitate to contact AAA City Plumbing should I have any further issues.

Amazing service, out within 20 minutes when I was dealing with a toilet flood in the bathroom. Fixed within 1.5 hours. Has warranty for a year. Chris was very professional to work with and trustworthy. 5 stars.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. I had a few plumbing items from our home’s inspection report that I wanted to follow up on once we moved in. I chose to call Pathmaker Plumbing based on their reviews and the fact that they were local. John Stokes did not disappoint and lives up to all the praise posted about him. I’m glad I took the inspector’s advice to contact a professional, as John was able to discover some of the listed items truly needed attention and replacing, which we suspected and were prepared for. John was honest and personable and took the time to educate us on what we needed to do and what could wait. He installed a new kitchen faucet of excellent quality compared to what we had. We saw John again that week to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Both appointments, John called ahead, was on time, and addressed any concerns we had in a relaxed, friendly manner – when he’s working with you, your home is his focus and he’s not rushed to get in and out. I would not hesitate to contact Pathmaker Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!

With no warning, sewer water began backing up in our office bathroom spaces, warehouse, and anywhere drains were located. The smell was terrible and we had to shut down operations for the facility. We called ER Plumbing and the Coordinators were so friendly from the first phone call, getting someone out much faster quicker than originally promised. The communication was great with the office staff and the technicians. The tech did his job very professionally, payment was easy, and we were back functional much faster than we expected. Thank you ER Plumbing team!!!!
