After several technical struggles with our existing water heater, Charlotte Plumbing was contacted as our land-lord's preferred plumbing service. They responded immediately to the work order request, and from the very moment of their assessment of the problem, my technician, Mr. Josh Moua, on a Friday afternoon, no less, took immediate action to secure for us a new water heater. He arrived at 2:30 PM, made the assessment, acquired the green light to proceed, and immediately acquired the new unit. Making it back to the house quickly, he sprung into action, and by 5:45 PM, the new heater was installed. Josh demonstrated an absolute meticulous attention to quality and detail....akin to the highly-competent plumbers-of-old...a REAL Professional. On top of being highly skilled, he demonstrates an awesome concern for the customer....He is courteous, respectful, answers questions patiently, and educates the customer along the way. He also provided great training for the use of the new unit, providing tips for efficient use, and things to watch out for in keeping the heater healthy. In short, Josh could not have been of BETTER SERVICE...simply awesome! He maintains my highest recommendation. Dean, the service technician, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and professional. He located the leak in our kitchen wall and had to crawl into a cramped space to tear out the wall to replaced a cracked tee. We were extremely happy that he found the source of the leak so quickly and was able to repair it. We did not know where the leak originated.

AAA City Plumbing also put us in touch with EPX to repair the extensive water damage caused by the hidden leak. Repairs begins tomorrow morning. Thank you City Plumbing for your highly professional service. We also appreciated the follow-up call after the work was done.

I was doing a small kitchen Reno and needed help moving a sink drain so I got multiple quotes from local plumbers and Dustin with all about the pipes was definitely the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. His quote was very fair for the work requested. Dustin also came the day of the work to make sure everything went smoothly. I have already scheduled to use them again!

We came across an issue with our kitchen sink drain line when we were remodeling our kitchen. We had met with two previous plumbers, one of which said they would be able to fix the issue but didn't, before we found Ritchie's Plumbing. Not only was John able to fix this plumbing issue at a reasonable price but he came back and did additional work for us a few weeks later. John is trustworthy, a hard worker and goes above and beyond. If I ever need any plumbing work in the future, I won't hesitate to reach out to John.

Brett and his crew did an amazing job replacing the water heater in the attic of our home. He understood our family's need to be the least disruptive to our schedules, especially with running hot water, and made accommodations to start in the morning after our kids were off to school and completed the job before the kids came back home. Update - I have called upon Pathmaker Plumbing several times over the past few years. My home is 60 years old - and parts wear out needed replacement - and building codes and regulations change as well. John Stokes has helped me replace rusted out drain pipes, run water lines, replace toilets and sinks - he has always explained the problem, taken photos of problems in my crawlspace, and given me options in the repair. Today (3/11/19) he has served me well yet again - finding a leak and helping me prepare my home to sell for new owners. He is an honorable, honest, Christian man. He is trustworthy. His work speaks for him. Proverbs 22:29 Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.

When I saw a coupon on Angie's List to buy $75 worth of plumbing work for $25, I knew I was getting a deal. I didn't know that it would be such a pleasure dealing with John Stokes. Plumbing costs can add up in a hurry - each damaged piece reveals another problem that delay and decay have caused. But John allowed me to buy my own replacement sink and pedestal - so I knew how much the parts cost. And I felt he gave me options in the work - to choose how much I wished to put into the project.

I feel Pathmaker Plumbing did an outstanding job - and treated me fairly. When I need more plumbing work, I will call on John again.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy.
