I am having a fence installed and a waterline was broke. Justin from Queen City Plumbing made the repair and restored service within 3 hours of my initial call. He was friendly, quick, and professional; a positive experience.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin through thumbtack and immediately they got right back to me. Bill is the guy that came out to diagnose the problem. This job is a very large job but Bill got right on it and contacted everyone that needed to be contacted. So far I have had a really good experience he was very efficient and professional. Finally! A plumbing company in Charlotte that actually cares about their customers. Mr. Rooter has been here three times fixing contractor level work from the builder in a house that's only 7 years old. We upgraded all three toilets and a garbage disposal. Each visit, William has taken the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to avoid any potential problems in the future, all while training his helpers to do it the right way the first time. Clean, affordable, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Way to go Mr. Rooter!

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Mike was kind and respectful, explained his work in a way I could understand, and allowed us to provide payment and finished his work while we were gone. He then sent a full report via text and email with photos of his work and thanked me for my business. Final bill was exactly the price given at the estimate. We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

Mac was my repairman. He was very professional and honest. After quoting me one price, he came back with a lower quote and a way to fix my problem that will save both time and money. Everything was explained to me along the way. I will definitely be using E.R. Plumbing for any future needs.
