I had a rental property with an old cast iron pipe leak and had to move the tenants out to do the repairs it was going to be a 3 day job that ended up taking a week and a half. One of the nights at 7:30 pm they were still working and locked them selfs out of the townhome. I was eating dinner and had to leave to go let them back in. And to mention the price to get this done was absolutely ridiculous. An absolute mess and don't recommend them to anyone who wants a hassle free experience.

We were in need of a new water heater. We had called several companies for quotes, all of which came in several hundred more then what Charlotte Plumbing offered. Each company needed us to meet them on site and often required an all day appointment, which meant time away from work. I called Charlotte Plumbing, told them what I was looking for and received a quote right over the phone. Sometimes that means there will be hidden costs when they show up. Not in this case! They came out the next day, were very professional to work with and had us up and running in a matter of hours. Charlotte Plumbing has me as a customer and I will share my experience with other homeowner friends so they know the right company to call for their plumbing needs. Thanks again!!!

I called Option One about a broken tub spout first thing in the morning and Thomas arrived as scheduled that afternoon. He was able to start work immediately, which was a plus. What initially looked like a straightforward repair turned into a bigger job when it was discovered that the original shower pipes were installed crooked. The odd angle resulted in the tub spout angling down into the tub which then left a large gap between the shower wall and the spout flange. Thomas cut out the faulty pipes and installed new tubing at the proper angle, then stubbed out a new tub pipe so that it was parallel to the floor. My new tub spout looks great, and best of all, it doesn’t leak!

Thomas was professional throughout and worked with me to troubleshoot the best solution. I hope I don’t need a plumber again ($$$!), but if I do, it’ll be Option One Plumbing.

We have used Rapid Rooter several times over the years. Their serviceman, TJ, called to give us a time as to when he would be able to come out to the house. He was very punctual and professional. Instead of doing unnecessary work, that would have added to his bill, he discussed the situation with me and explained to me what he would do in this situation, thus saving us hundreds of dollars. Told me what to look for in the future and if certain things happen, then who to call.
It is always a pleasure to do business with people who put the customers needs first.

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

Very rude woman scheduling appointments. I received a reference number from whirlpool and once I finally was able to get in touch with this company to schedule a repair, she refused to schedule the appointment. She told me I had to contact the plumber that I had install my hot water heater to repair it and then hung up on me. I wish I could have left less than one star!!!
