We had a clogged drain issue at our home. Cassey was very patient, professional and knowledgeable in diagnosing and resolving our issue. He was very courteous and took great care to do the work as cleanly in our house as possible. We would highly recommend Cassey for all plumbing needs.

Excellent experience. Called and spoke with Damien on the phone and found him to be more upfront and helpful than any other outfit in CLT. We addressed the issue, quoted me a price and worked with me to find a time that worked to have a new water heater installed. Install guy, wish I remember his name, was on time, courteous, and professional. Will definitely use again and recommend to all!

They were able to send out a plumber in about an hour when I had a leak at my water heater when other places were saying it would be 10-12 hours before someone could get here. Chris Jones was the technician and he was super helpful, explained all my options and answered all my questions. He installed my new water heater quickly and saved the day!

We had a issue with our toilet that we wee having a difficult time resolving. We contacted All About the Pipes and they were exceptionally helpful, advising us on how to DIY the problem more efficiently. We also had to cancel and reschedule twice due to our work schedules and they were very accommodating and flexible. All About the Pipes clearly cares about what they do and their ultimate goal is to help the customer above all else. We were incredibly impressed with their demeanor, professionalism and responsiveness, and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may come across. 5 stars!

While dealing with a huge sewage issue, Kim was great with being very understanding and professional. She kept me up to date on the process and assisted with any questions I had. If she could not answer my quetions, she was quick to get someone who could answer them for me. Kim assisted with making a horrible situation easy to deal with.

John did a excelent job with our work replacing water cut off valves. Very professional at their work. Finished in a timely manner and friendly.

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

This is by far the best company to trust with your complicated construction needs. An experienced tradesman got a failed drainage component out of our concrete slab and made everything look better than brand new! Cleaned up the job site spotless. We will definitely be using again. Thanks y’all!

We use Jim Dickerson Plumbing and Electrical for any issue we have. They were recommended to us when we first moved to the Charlotte area and we have been pleased with the quality and professionalism of their team for all we have had done to our home. In this instance, Zack was dispatched to fix a leaky faucet. It turned out to be a little more than that when he dug into the problem. Of course, he fixed the issue and the underlying cause.
