Serviced my tankless water heater. Jeff was so thorough. I have used this company for other plumbing jobs, too. They are always knowledgeable and do a good job.

Josh was excellent. He notified me when he was on his way and when he arrived. He was able to trouble shoot our problem and replaced the required parts. We are very happy with the work done.

We discovered a water leak under our hardwood floors at late in the afternoon. Our restoration company’s initial assessment suggested having a plumber come out to locate the source of the leak {toilet? supply line?} to halt the flow of water. At 4:48pm.

By 5:53p we had confirmation a technician from Mr. Rooter would arrive that evening. Matthew was amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Call them!

I am so grateful that we went with Option one plumbing to assist us with a few issues around the house. We had a bath tub that was very slow to drain and a 1/2 bath that had some water supply pipes leaking and needed moved. They were very responsive to my inquires and sent out a technician (Ted) to evaluate my needs and provide a free estimate. From the moment Ted arrived he was personable, professional, and took the time to go over our options and provide the best course of action. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I asked questions and after speaking with him we started the work right then and there. The prices were reasonable and the customer service great but working with Ted is what would have me referring others to this company in the future. I’m glad to see there are still honest people who truly enjoy their craft out there. Thank you for all of the hard work and wonderful service! Will definitely be using you in the future.

Had a line break right before new years and they were out same day and Erik was done within 20 mins.

Unbelievably expensive. $376.00 to clear 6 feet of a outside line. Avoid if you can...

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

Highly recommend for any plumbing needs! Small company with great service. John was great at identifying our leak, talking me through the issue and how to resolve it, and fixing it up! I will definitely be using them again!

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I’m editing my review from what I previously wrote. E.R was having a bad day on Tuesday do to weather and other problems. They sent a tech out on Tuesday that wasn’t able to help, but this tech did everything he could to insure me that they would have someone out today to help with my plumbing issue. Not only did a tech that could figure out what was going on come out but the owner came as well. He was the nicest man I have had the privilege of speaking with. The review I wrote was written out of frustration and I’m glad I am able to edit it and give them a 5 star review. I will also use E.R for all my future plumbing problems. Thank you Dave for proving that there are still owners out there that care about their customers. For that I will be a customer for life and recommend E.R to everyone I can. I can’t say again how pleased I am.

Jim was outstanding with his customer service & quality. He was able to get to the broken/ frozen pipe without too much damage. This is my plumbing company from here on out!
