Mr. Rooter provided professional, quality service on a huge water leak which could be neither identified or resolved by two other plumbing companies. The owner, William, was available and helpful with issues ranging from preventative maintenance advice to working with Charlotte Water to get a partial refund for the extremely high water bills caused by the leak, which Mr. Rooter's technician found quickly. The Head Technician Matt was honest and capable, discovered the leak in a matter of minutes and gave excellent advice. Overall, if you're looking for a no nonsense solution to a plumbing problem with great customer service, call Mr. Rooter of Charlotte.

Logan was very polite and professional he addressed all my concerns. It was an very easy experience. It was just a small repair and he took care of it quickly and efficiently . He was also kind enough to check over other plumbing to make sure it was still in good condition and let me know what I might need in the future. We called E.R. Plumbing Services with a late-day water heater leak. Not only did they send Nick out that evening, but they had a new water heater installed by early afternoon on the following day. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and installation was smooth and efficient. Communication was outstanding along the way with texts and emails. Will use E.R. I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. I was texting Roco late on a Thursday night and she had David out by 8 am the next morning. All fixed by 915 am! I learned two things from this experience...1)DON'T LET HUBBY FIX PLUMBING 2) Clog Busterz is the place to call for your plumbing needs. The customer service is beyond. They showed up 7 hours past scheduled appointment time, damaged the outdoor spigot threading trying to remove it albeit telling us they couldn’t replace it because they did not have the parts on hand!
Replaced the wax ring on toilet, now it doesn’t flush completely nor did they turn the water back on to demonstrate the work they did solved the problem we initially called them for, at the high rate they charge per hour one of the guys was standing beside the van smoking!
Save your money and call someone qualified- I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAY LESS PLUMBING.

These people are great, and Desiree is an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to help with an underground leak coming from the city's pipe, and followed up with me the following morning to check on the status (even though this was not a job that MKB had involvement in). To the owners of this business, Desiree deserves a raise, or at least a nice bonus for the holiday season.

Great experience using TOLINY for electrical work. Response time was very timely, he was very knowledgeable of all things electrical and had good work ethics. He was also very transparent with us on what needed to be done and didn't try to sell us on a bunch of stuff we didn't need.
