I came home from vacation 9/30/18 to a broken hot water heater . My home buyers extended warranty was very slow and first company they dispatched was out of busines! . As soon as they found CHARLOTTE PLUMBING MASTERS , my bad luck turned around. Tim ( office mgr) was so understanding and worked quickly to get a technician to my house within hours ! Michael, the technician was very thorough and knowledgable ..called my home warranry company on the spot so we could get the hot water heater approved and installed asap! Will definitely use these guys in the future if/when the need arises!

Used this company twice for two different plumbing issues and have gotten courteous and transparent service both times. Bill came out to exactly to what was quoted. One of the times I personally was not home, but another time I was walked through each step of the service performed which made me confident in the quality of work. My wife and I recently got new countertops and a newer, deeper, sink in our kitchen. We had to had some piping redone because of the sink depth difference, and the fact that the new sink had only one drain, not two.
The plumber that did the job, John, was excellent. He cut an excellent hole in the drywall to access the piping (this had to be done), and installed new piping, disposal, and pipe vent.
He even took a few minutes after he was finished to educate me on what he did, and why he did it. You could tell immediately that the job was done professionally, because he pointed out a number of things that he fixed that were existing issues we were unaware of, such as wiring that could have caught fire that was not properly insulated years before we even moved in.
I'm sure you can hire a fix it guy at a cheaper rate, but I can tell you that they will most likely be the source of the installation problems that were not up to code that we were unaware of. OR you can hire someone that not only installs proper piping and disposal wiring, but also takes time to fix existing issues that he spots along the way. I highly recommend this service as I have had two different employees come to do jobs in the past, and both of them knew exactly what they were talking about. When I would ask why something was the way that it was under the sink, they didn't have to think for an answer. It was automatic.

Garrett Helms at ER Plumbing did an excellent job troubleshooting a weird plumbing issue that I was having. He resolved the issue and also did a great job installing a new water heater.

Our service tech Jason Bourdow was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He stopped a leaking valve and gave us good options for replacing the broken toilet.
