Best Commercial Drain Cleaning in Charlotte NC

Have used Justin for years - Have always experienced the best customer service at great prices! Most recently called in and scheduled for next day service call! He came as scheduled and did a great job! Highly recommend!

Price was ridiculously high. They were prompt and efficient but my $200 toilet cost me o er $900 to be installed...about 30 minutes of work total.

We needed a quick fix on a couple items in our newly purchased home. I called Charlotte Plumbing at 9 PM and they answered and had a plumber at our house the next morning at 9 AM. He fixed everything and even gave us a few additional tips on some things we could do ourselves. Excellent service. These guys will be my first call for any future plumbing needs in Charlotte.

Daniel Payne came out today and fixed a very strange leak from our water heater. He assessed the issue, gave us a quote and started the work right away. He was done with the repair quickly and was very thorough in explaining what the issue was. His work was much appreciated. When you wake up to your ceiling leaking, this is they type of attention you need.

Our technician Keith was on time, friendly, and explained the process of what he was doing and looking for to make it easy for me to understand. In the service industry it’s hard to come by honest people and companies, and I would like to applaud both Keith and the company for being so easy to work with. We came across an issue with our kitchen sink drain line when we were remodeling our kitchen. We had met with two previous plumbers, one of which said they would be able to fix the issue but didn't, before we found Ritchie's Plumbing. Not only was John able to fix this plumbing issue at a reasonable price but he came back and did additional work for us a few weeks later. John is trustworthy, a hard worker and goes above and beyond. If I ever need any plumbing work in the future, I won't hesitate to reach out to John.
