Best Commercial Drain in Charlotte NC

We had a mess of a situation with the pipes in an old house, which required a full re-piping. I was very apprehensive about such a project being necessary, but I had an extremely pleasant experience with Queen City Plumbing. Both Chris and Jeff were invaluable in making such a project as smooth and pain free as possible given the situation. Both Chris and Jeff kept me up-to-date at all times, were very personable to work with (many people avoid talking to you except for when it is absolutely necessary) and they made us feel like we were the only plumbing job they had on their docket. I cannot praise Chris and Jeff enough and the same goes for QCP. If we need future plumbing work, I will not hesitate to contact QCP. Highly recommended!

Overall great experience yet again. This time Kevin came by and asked what the issue was and after listening intently he went and got his tools and effectively went about his business. The owner William and his workers are above excellent .
About 1 1/2 years ago I purchased two toilets from
him and they were water saving ones which lowered my water bill quite a bit
My Parents had a hot water heater bought and installed from William and yesterday I had another toilet replaced by him .
William is extremely professional in every aspect
He is also very reasonable with his pricing and he as well as his worker explains everything in great detail

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

Wow! I have no words other than how appreciative my family and I are to Bliss Plumbing. My husband and I purchased our dream Mid Century Home, and we were extremely excited for the journey in Charlotte. With long travel and days, I love a nice soak in our downstairs tub. Well to our surprise, we found out the tub would not drain & caused overflow leakage into the guest bedroom closet. Talk about a disaster! Bliss was asked to come out & within the first few hours, the owner was able to provide me a solution. He was thorough with the process & that it would take two total trips. Great news is that I could use my tub same day with great improvement. What we uncovered is that during the construction of our home, the bathtub was full of debris. Not only was he able to clear the line but replace the drain, we are happy campers! Recommending Bliss Plumbing to our local family and colleagues; as well as continuing to patron their business in the future!

Came out through my warranty company for a leaking shower. Plumber was knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and determine the water pressure was high. I did have to show the PRV valve was not maintaining a pressure, and he had to go get parts. Once he got the parts, he replaced the PRV valve and shower cartridge. Both were professionally installed, clean, and no mess left behind! My son even noted that the shower facet turns so much easier now!

I had a water leak from the line that runs from the toilet to the shut off valve. It took Jonathan not even 10 minutes to fix the issue and he also explained the problem. I will continue to use E. A Plumbing. They are professional and fair priced.

John was highly responsive, he arrived at the agreed upon time as well as called to confirm he was on his way. He explained all of his findings, completed his work and cleaned up the area meticulously. We will call Pathmaker again when we need plumbing work.

Our regular plumbing service recommended E. R. to us when our water main line burst midday. Thankfully E.R. came to the rescue and assured me they would send a teck to repair the line by that evening and they did. Nick could not have been more cheerful, polite, efficient and professional despite the dark and the cold. We were most grateful to have our water back on in less than 8 hours.
