Tore came out to fix some issues we were having in our store location in Uptown. Clearly explained what the issues probably were and then went ahead and fixed it in a timely manner. Very professional and helpful. Thank you!

Kevin was responsive before and during the service, which was helpful due to my work schedule. His knowledge and communication were great, as well as his patience when it came to dealing with hyper dogs. He reset one of the toilets and replaced the PRV to address the humming and water pressure concern.

We called Option One as our 5-6 attempt to unclog a pool plumbing pipe. They were unable to unclog the pipe, but I feel as if Dustin really tried and made every attempt that him and myself could think of to try and unclog the pipe. While we didn’t remove the blockage I do think we located it which was just as helpful as no one before Option One was able to identify where the blockage was. Dustin was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest about what he was doing and how he explained the process. When I do get the blockage removed, I will be calling Option One to return and re-plumb the pool.

Update: So I talked with the owner, and another one of his employees about the snake being stuck in the drainage pipe. They were able to get the snake loose thank goodness. The owner is a nice guy and so is his employees. I'm now well aware of the issues that is plagueging the pipes down below our house.

I appreciate his time and effort and helping me out. He also notified me that there was other issues with the pipes. Such as previous individuals trying to fix them. Which only made the problem worse over time. I'm relieved to know that him, and his other employees spotted the problem in time.

if I were to refer someone that actually knows how to do the job right it would be AAA plumbing. Response time is impeccable, and all the employees, any the owner is very courteous.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Excellent communication from the very first call to hearing updates during the appointment to hearing findings at the end. I called for help finding any possible leak in a rental condo and someone was able to come within a few hours! He was extremely thorough and persisted to do a complete check. OMG! The Thermal Coupler on our hot water heater went out this morning...two days before Christmas, in 20 degree temps. Mike came out this evening in the frigid temperatures and worked a miracle!! He was AMAZING!! He really did SAVE our Christmas! I can't recommend them enough!!
