Best Backflow Repair in Charlotte NC

Julian's Plumbing is the BEST. A good friend recommended Julian's when we discovered our front yard was a swamp as there was a water main leak leading to our house. They were so prompt and professional when helping us! They went above and beyond in walking us through potential fixes, and then on the repair work itself. The team immediately located the leak location and were able to repair the whole pipe in under two hours. We couldn't recommend Julian's Plumbing enough!!

Well, he did it again! Scott is amazing!

Back in July he came out to investigate a leak, made a suggestion and said he would return if that was not the answer.

With special family events pending, I needed to wait but last week (5 weeks after the first visit) we began using the toilet as suggested and it started leaking.

He came yesterday - I called at 11 and he was here at 5 and stayed until almost 7. We discussed the options and to my horror (but agreement) he had to cut through the ceiling. He did suggest this as an option in his first visit and in hindsight, that wood was rotted, so it had to be done.

He found and showed me the leak in like 30 seconds.

He came back today with BJ (very helpful), pulled the old toilet, repaired the flange, installed a new toilet and even saved me a bit off the estimate since he was able to approach the repair in a different way.

The area is very clean and with his suggestions, I have a better toilet than I did before.

This guy is awesome - ask for Scott!! ?

Had Adolfo and Oscar from Roto-Rooter in Charlotte at my residence earlier today for an emergency plumbing issue and these two young men are fantastic! Came in, introduced themselves, both dressed in clean pressed uniforms and got right to work. I offered them food and drink but they worked non stop for over five hours. When they finished up, Adolfo showed me the pipe issue that was causing the problem and already had someone lined up to call me in reference to replacing the problem area. Roto-Rooter supervisors, these two men represented your company and themselves very well today. Great job men, I thank you!

I am not a person to leave reviews but couldn't not write one regarding my recent experience with ER Plumbing. I discovered my garage full of water at 9:00 PM on a Saturday night. I googled emergency plumbing and called ER Plumbing. Allison answered on the first call and had a technician at my house within 30 minutes. Garrett Showed up at 9:30 pm, diagnosed my need for a new water heater, cut off the water, and said he would work me in as soon as possible to get a new water heater. He and Alex were scheduled to come on Tuesday between 11-1. Allison called me 11:06 am and told me that Garrett and Alex were on their way and would be there in 30 minutes, which they were. Within two hours, they had my old water heater out, the new one installed, new parts, and testing complete. Every individual I have worked with (Allison, Garrett, and Alex) were genuinely nice, courteous, and prompt. I hope to not have any more plumbing emergencies, but if i do, I will not hesitate to call these guys! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a great experience with this company. The technician name was Duane smith and he was very helpful with any questions or issue he had. They were fast in sending a technician out to see what the problem was and it is greatly appreciated.

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

Honesty is key & they were extremely honest. Will be calling them again.

We called to report that we had no water. they were here within the day determined that the well which was under the house would be too costly to repair, and time consuming Within 2 days, they had the gas lines marked and we had water..

As an addendum This morning I called at 8 to report that our hot water heater was not working.. Within 15 minutes, Harry was here. He confirmed that the problem was the breaker. Again, I am impressed with the consistent professionalism of the company from the moment I speak with the office to the departure of the plumbing team. I highly recommend the company.
