I am not easy customer, but I had a great experience with IRV and their technicians and office staff. My HVAC was about 20 years old. That’s why I decided to replace it. I spoke with Richard, he sent two of his technicians to inspect my HVAC. After they did the inspection they took the time out to answer all my questions. He was very patient and knowledgeable with me. He was able to send me estimate prices on several different options. When I checked other prices for competitor companies, IRV had the best price hands down. They saved me thousands of dollars. I am so impressed with how responsive the company is, they always answer the phone in a timely manner and answer my questions.
